My sister and I both have jury duty at the same court on the same date, is this ok?

I'm asking about my niece.

They got a pet dog three years ago and my niece started losing her hair three years ago and the Doctors dont know why.

Could this be possible?

I gave him the cigarette and let him borrow my lighter for fear of being mugged.

It's dark and raining and he was wearing a tracksuit and had his hood up, I know it's wrong to generalise but at the time my main concern was for my own and my dogs safety so I just gave him one.

Could I be prosecuted for this? I'm in the UK!

The individual smokes 10 cigarettes a day and goes through a couple of bottles of red wine a week. Eats fairly healthily and still drives, works full time and is as sharp as a needle. I am referring of course to my dad.

On BT Vision the freeview bit works fine and the on demand stuff used to work ok, but over the last few months the on demand is crap. Everything is laggy and it's really annoying us.

If BT aren't providing us with the service we're paying for can we cancel it and not have to pay out our contract?

My sisters husband is a lovely bloke but I was at their house today with my dog, and their dog got a bit over excited and her husband gave their dog a kick in the face to discipline it. Seriously.

Does anyone else do this? My dog's 8 years old and I have her well trained but have never had to use violence. Their dog is much bigger than mine and is about 5 years old and they have no control over it.

Part of me wants to give the RSPCA a ring and get the dog taken off them but if I do that the dog will probably go to a shelter for a month or so then get put down. Also they have 3 kids who just love the dog and the rest of the family treat the dog well.

What the fack do I do?

I'm living with my parents again and want my own internet connection (they're on a 10GB a month limit and still have a year left in their contract with BT! Arrgh!).

I want to get a second phone line and get Sky Broadband Unlimited, how much will this set me back?

Ok I'm a single man, no kids, work 40 hours a week (have a permanent contract with my employer) and make £200 a week after tax and NI.

I live with my parents right now and pay them house keeping but they're moving to a smaller house and basically there's no room for me.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Also, I'm on no other benefits and I'm not planning to be on benifits for the rest of my life. I work during the day (every day) and in the evening I go to night college.

I don't know what to do with my life.

First of all the bad. I'm 21, recently dropped out of University, currently living with parents, working full time (40 hours a week) and I pay housekeeping.

Now the good. I'm 21, not married or in a relationship, no children, no commitments of any kind (boo ya!) and I'm perfectly healthy. I have 9 GCSE's (A-C) and a National Diploma in Computing.

The thing is I have no idea what to do with my life. Honestly don't have a clue, I thought it was ICT so I went to University and started an IT degree but then I realised I hated computers.

Any advice would be awesome! Thankyou in advance!

"Steve is a thought dealer who deals mainly in ideas. His problem is that ideas are drying up so he is planning a trip to the Czech Republic as he has heard rumours that there is a man there with fresh ideas, 23 of them to be exact.

The problem is he doesn't have a passport and thinks £77.50 for a new passport is a ripoff so calls an old friend (Bill) who used to built jetpacks in his youth. He asks his friend Biill to build two jetpacks, one for him and one for his friend Jeff, an investment banker in London.

Bill builds the two jetpacks and Steve and Dave set off for the Czech Republic to discover this man who apparently has the ability for independent thought.

I installed HDD temperature and when I opened it it says that my Hard Drive temperature is too low at 28C?! Does this sound right?
