I ordered a lipstick from ebay.com on 10th April to be shipped from Portland OR to Mumbai, India. On 15th April, the status updated to show that the item had passed through the USPS Sort Facility in Jamaica NY and was on the way to me.

Estimated delivery was between 21st April and 5th May -- but the package hasn't yet arrived, and USPS says that it cannot provide any info on my package after it has left the USA.

I called my local post office and they said that they have not received the package.

What should be my next course of action?

I am a 20-year-old girl, and I have recently started working out at home.

For cardio, I do 30 minutes on the cross-trainer (can't do treadmill because of a knee problem).

However, I'm confused about which muscle groups I should exercise together. For example, on the days I do arms, should I do abs too? Or just arms? How should I decide which body parts to focus on when?

Please give me some tips on how to design my workout routine for 6x a week.

Additional info: I have an old injury in my right inner knee which flares up when I stress that knee too much.

I own three sets of dumbbells I can use.

I do not want any comments about how smoking is bad or unhealthy. This is simply a question out of curiosity and nothing else.

I want to apply to a few American universities for an MA in Journalism for the fall 2015 term.

Ideally how long should I take to prepare for the GRE and TOEFL? Should I give one or both multiple times? If yes, how many times?
