I'm a very down to earth kinda guy, honest to a fault ! I will answer questions in the Jamaica section as best I can & will never misguild you or sugarcoat my answers...this pisses off alot off Jamaicans because THEY know I tell the truth ! Jamaicans are very proud of their culture & their country, but its not all wonderful as they say it is, so its my duty to tell you the good & the bad, and I do ! I'm not here for a popularity contest, I could care less who agrees with me or likes me....and if you have comments or questions, my Yahoo IM is listed, and so is my email...unlike the others here who HIDE their contact information...why are they so parinoid ??   • Anyone need a ride to Sumfest next weekend?

  • What do you think of Buju's arrest last week ?

    I love his music, the man has talent for sure ! But 2 years after he puts out "Driver" he doesn't even take his own advice !! Stupidity for a man as wealthy as he is to show up PERSONALLY at a sting operation.....now he's looking at 20 years in prison, even with good lawyers he'll do a few years for sure, so I guess he'll find out about bottibwoy's in real life !

  • Any Plumber out there ?

    I have a shower valve I'm installing with a shower head & 4 body sprays...coming out of the divertor, the instuctions say make a loop so pressure stays even. Can you give a website pic of the proper loop or email me so I can send a pic of the loop I made ? THANKS !

  • Question for a Jamaican concerning captured land?

    I have a lot of land in back of a housing scheme that I've chopped off & wired. Many others have done the same, and 5 or 6 people captured their lot 4-5 years ago & have put block houses on them...2 ladies are nearly finished. The parish council has told everyone to stop building, so I had to remove my block ( so no one steals them ) and they are considering selling the lots to use for $J1,000,000. Thing is the land belongs to the government, not the parish. I was told to register the lot with the ministry of lands in Kingston and they must respond in 10 days with either a title or a selling price.

    Does anyone have any experience in this process or know where/who to get in touch with that can give me straight answers ??
