I'm at the gym right now, I don't know what to do to get bigger arms. I'm 13, 5'3, and weigh from 92-96. I have veins popping out, and I work on biceps all the time, I barely ever work on triceps. What machines should I use, and what should I do to get bigger arms faster? Btw I'm already trying to dirty bulk and eat anything I can.
