What are the best apps for texting on a chromebook?
I have an iPhone, but I would also like to text from my chrome book. I found a few good apps/extensions but they could only text other people who have the app. Are their any chrome apps or extension that can text people without them needing to have the app/extension too?

I hate it when I see or hear about animals (dogs, cats, or guinea pigs especially) that are hurt, have been abandoned, or come from mills. People say how you can help animals from mills is not buy pets from pet stores but then I feel like I'm leaving them to suffer. Other people don't know or don't care that these animals are from mills and continue to buy them from here so me not buying them hardly helps at all. How can I help animals from mills or that have been hurt and abandoned?
