Example; if I'm going to kaiser permante can I go to say, a different psychiatrist to get prescribed medications?

I didn't use to care if my doctor knew I was on medications, but now, since my psychiatrist shared pyschatry notes, I'm super sensitive and stressed and anxious about what my doctor knows about me. I want unbiased treatment when going to the doctors.

I've improved a lot over the years, I'm currently in community college and I don't have anxiety any more and I'm doing well. Whether or not my mom is proud of me or not, I don't know, she doesn't tell me. And if I ever ask her she'll say she does tell me and what do I have to do jump up and down? Really I can't remember the last time she's told me she's proud of me, or that I can do whatever it is I set my mind to, any of that. I try to be ok with it and I'm proud of myself, but you know how it is, your parents are the ones who raise you, their opinion means a lot. Why can't my mom be proud of me? How do I talk to her about this? Can I even talk to her about this? It makes me upset, I feel invisible to her and idk this isn't making sense but I feel like no matter what I do it'll never be good enough and that she doesn't believe I can accomplish my dreams. It's hard not to want to give up and be discouraged.

Ok so I didn't get much sleep last night, probably fell asleep at around 2. This morning my was talking to someone right under my room (you can hear everything under my room and it's only 8:30 and I'm lost cause she knows that and it's rude) I try to ignore it and sleep in but I can't so I open the door and stand in the hallway to hear who she's talking to cause my sister usually is still asleep then I realize she's on the phone. I shut the door at the same time my mom gets off the phone and go in my room my mom opens the door and snaps well shut the door loud so I can hear that's nice. (what?? I didn't...) I try to ignore it but I'm too upset to sleep so I go to talk to her about it and she yells at me to go upstairs and that I'm a physco and I'm crazy and that stop talking to her she's leaving and she says good riddance. I'm kinda hurt I don't know what I did, she's the one who woke me up. Maybe she's mad cause last night I asked her what a ticking sound was and she said I don't know go to bed... She hadn't been in bed for more than five minutes maybe she was getting "revenge"? Anyway I'm sorry if I'm making zero sense cause I am dizzy and have a headache cause I'm exhausted so bear with me. But yeah....

:0 freaking out (like I always do when it has a problem because I've dropped it before) but those were minor problems. Right now every app I open closes. Every time! Before the page even loads. My ipod has my everything on it! If it broke it would be extremely bad. I've already tried shutting it on and off and it doesn't help. Its updated to the latest software as well. should I just not touch it for a few hours? Anyone else had this problem?

Ok, so I've been taking better care of my hair. I've stopped straightening since it doesn't really need it and cutting it regularly. I blow it dry though and I notice some of the strands are getting really brittle and it's losing it's softness!! It makes it frizzy and some strands are bent at the ends or look really kinky:/ any protectants?! I have to blow it dry everyday!

I know how in horses you measure using hands, but what exactly does that mean? How tall is one hand? I'm pretty sure they're not actually "hands" but how does it work? It's not a real husky it's an ipuppy world app lol but I like having good names regardless. I use to be good at naming stuff but I'm not as good a anymore. Now the name can be male or female. For huskies I kinda like Russian names (if you have some I'd like the pronunciation please. And an opinion, what do you think of the name mishka? I'm not sure my sister didn't like it. But yeah I want some cool unique names. One that screams husky!! Balto isn't original. But yeah so thank you!!:)

My cat does its so weird! She'll go out in the yard sometimes and eat it. Then doesn't chew it properly sometimes, like she did today. And puked on the rug -_-

Just a curious question because we talked about this at school. I appreciate both opinions I won't bash anyone I just want to know what YOU think:) I'm personally for it for rapists, murders, and any crime like that. But that's just me.
