  • Do you ever wonder why people that claim God doesn't exist are so quick to blame Him for all the bad things?

Do you ever wonder why people that claim God doesn't exist are so quick to blame Him for all the bad things that happen? I do.

They say there is no proof of His existence and they ridicle and harass those of us that have accepted him, but yet they post question after question (if you can call them questions) asking why he allows this or that to happen and point blame on him for all the bad things that happen.

How can you blame someone that doesn't exist for all your or the worlds problems?

  • Christians - Did you ever notice?

Fellow Christians - have you ever noticed that when you direct a question to Christians, that un-believers come out of the woodwork to put in their comments as well, as sarcastic as they are?

I think it is interesting that they claim to not believe, yet they answer questions that are not directed to them regarding a subject that they claim to not believe in.

    Your thoughts?

  • Non-Christians - What would your first thought be?

What would your first thought be when Christ calls all of his children home and all those that have accepted him disappear from the face of the earth? The bible says the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those that are alive will be caught up to meet him in the air. When that day comes, and you realize you are left behind to face the great tribulation, will you turn to him or still reject him?

  • Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection?

The Gospel of John (20: 7) tells us that the napkin, which was placed over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave clothes. The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us that the napkin was neatly folded, and was placed at the head of that stony coffin.

Is that important? You'd better believe it!

    Is that significant? Absolutely!

    Is it really significant? Yes!

In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have to understand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The folded napkin had to do w/ the Master and Servant, and every Jewish boy knew this tradition. When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure that it was exactly the way the master wanted it.

The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, just out of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished.

  • Christians - Do you have the mind of Christ?

    Philippians 2:5-11 (New International Version)

5Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:

6Who, being in very nature God,

did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

    7but made himself nothing,

taking the very nature of a servant,

    being made in human likeness.

8And being found in appearance as a man,

    he humbled himself

    and became obedient to death—

    even death on a cross!

9Therefore God exalted him to the highest place

and gave him the name that is above every name,

10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,

in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.

  • If so many of you in this R & S forum do not believe in God, Heaven, or Hell, why are you here posting?

To be religious or spritiual means that you believe in some form of God, but so many of the posts are meaningless and sarcastic, it would be obvious that you just here to stir up those of us that do believe. It seems to me that most of you would not be able to confront someone face to face with these types of questions and responses.
