one of my very best friends is attention seeking...i think. i really don't know what it is, but if i don't talk to her for like two or three days, she will send me a text asking if i'm mad at her. or she will ask me what's worng. it is so annoying! just because i don't talk to her EVERY day, it doesn't mean i'm upset at her!!! i have friends that i don't talk to for weeks because we are all so busy, it's OK!!! how should i deal with this. she is one of my very best friends but i feel like i have to baby her! thanks for your advice!

Ok…so this way cool guy in the office has a total crush on me…he makes it clear and his boss always jokes around with me about it…he knows I have a boyfriend and when he comes to say hi (which I don’t mind) I know he sees the huge picture in a frame on my desk of me and my boyfriend…but he still make the most awkward comments…AHHHH!!!!! He told me “I wouldn’t put you in an uncomfortable situation”…but the comments are crazy.

I know he wouldn’t act on anything…that’s not in question…but should I just ignore the comments or what???

for about 6 hours now, i've had this pain in my side. it's on the right, near my back. i have a feeling it's my kidney but i'm not sure. it's a sharp pain that comes and goes...but when it comes, it really hurts!!! it hasn't got any worse in intensity, but its been consistent. i'm a 26 year old, athletic, healthy girl and have had no other problems. any suggestions as to what this can be? thanks so much!!!

i'm white and my boyfriend is mexican...we're not even close to having kids...but we were talking the other day and thinking of what we would name our babies. in our little fantasy world, we want to have two girls and a boy...he chose Isabel and Jesus (named after him) and i chose Kaylee because my name starts with a "K" and i want my first born daughter's name to start with a "K" too. but Kaylee seems too much like a "white" name if our other two kids would have hispanic names...any suggestions??? =) thanks for going along with my "dream world"!!!

if you have been shopping lately, you will know the "in" thing to wear are bermuda (knee length) shorts. well i recently went shopping for work. since summer is coming, i decided to get some bermudas. i got nice "business casual" ones that were polyester and had cuffs. well i got sent home and told shorts were not acceptable. i understood and haven't brought it up since. WELL, now i'm a little more aware of what the other girls in the office are wearing, and some of their skirts are WAY more unprofessional than my shorts. today one girl wore a skirt that was like two inches above her knee and had a slit that went up to her mid thigh!!! i would be so mad at myself if i didn't bring it up to HR...so i did and explained i just wanted things to be fair and consistent. i over heard them talking and i heard "here goes the fashion police, you can just call me Joan Rivers". i felt like they were taking it as a big joke! was it my right to say something or should i have kept my mouth closed?

...and i'm her maid of honor. i want to prepare a speech but don't exactly know what the typical speech includes. i want to be prepared and not but get up there and ramble but have no idea what to say! any suggestions? thanks! =)

My best friend gets WAY too attached to guys...i think once they realize it, they get turned off and stop wanting to see her. how can i tell her nicely to stop getting so attached to EVERY guy she has a crush on?
