OK got help here before, now that I'm starting to get back into manga, (since most of the active manga i was following are coming to an end)

I forgot the name of another manga.

Synopsis: Guy gets told he has to marry his child hood friend or die. if he ever has a kid with another girl his genes will create a deadly virus that wilt destroy the world, but it won't if he has a kid with his child hood friend. to make matters worse a guy from the future is there to help him, or kill him, if he can't get the girl. and other people from the future are their using psychic powers to force other girls onto him in the hopes of either forcing him to have sex with another girl, or cause a misunderstanding that forever breaks him and the child hood friend up. oh and in the original time line she marries the sempai she has a crush on after re-meeting him in college, and he's kinda "mr.Perfect" from her POV... yeah it was around 15 chapters when i started it about 6 months ago...

I forgot what this manga was called but it was some guy in a fantasy setting were he was really good with any weapon, his special power was if he was holding a "real" weapon he became an instant master. i think he was a normal guy and got accidentally summoned by a the female protagonist during a test for magic school, and he was from the real world... arrrrg I can't remember the name!

We were already having problems with our tenet when they used some minor maintenance issues that we have been having trouble fixing due to them dragging their feet as an excuse to stop paying rent.

but now they got a lawyer and are suing us for not giving them proof that their security deposit is an it's own separate account like it's supposed to be, and they want triple the deposit ($3300) and they want us to pay all court fees related to them suing us.

now we do have to money stored as per the rules, in it's own account that neither of us can touch until they move out, they had expressed a desire to take money out for some personal purposes and we told them no, they wanted the account number and we told them no. now they are claiming we never provided proof that we have the money stored properly and thus owe then triple. WTF?

this is all happening in Massachusetts

Ok so I'm a little confused, basically my parents are renting out our old house. we had trouble selling it and after 2 years of being on the market and empty we started renting out. recently our newest tenet has been giving us some major problems they stopped paying the rent this month because of some very minor maintenance issues they claim have been present since they moved in (some were definitely not there) what it boils down to is we have been steadily checking of items on the list they gave us when they moved in (they keep trying to add more **** s time goes on) we are not rich so each repair has taken us a bit to get the money together and all that was really left was,

1) no lock on one second floor window

2) not enough heat in that room

3) no railing on the stair case

4) a leaking tub (not leaking before they moved in)

5) no power to one outlet in the living room

6) missing door knob on one bed room door

they contacted the city health department and reported us for these issues and threatened to stop paying rent if they were not fixed, we have since fixed issues 1, 2, and 4, (issue 2 was their own damn fault for leaving one of the windows open and not closing the storm window) for the last 2 weeks we've been trying to fix the least 3 issues but they have refused too let us in the house, we have to get permission to get on the property before we can fix anything, we have a new door know waiting to be installed, we have the stair railing also, and we have a new power outlet, but we can't get in the damn house because every time we try they stall and make an excuse as to why we can go over and fix the issue, it's becoming obvious that they don't want the issues fixed so they can get out of rent. but how can those 3 very minor issues be enough ground to refuse paying rent?

Ok now for starters my head phones do work they play sound when i plug them in. but i also get speakers playing at the same time. that's exactly what I don't want. when i put my had phones in it's to keep the noise from bothering other people and my laptop used to automatically shut the speakers off for me i don't know why it changed.

now i tried other head phones, nothing

I looked into the control panel and there is no headphone option in the audio device section only the speakers

I can't find anything related to head phones at all and so far all the trouble shooting advice has told me to look in the control panel and select the headphones...

I tried disabling the speakers and nothing as well....

because nobody will let them. Go to ANY message board right now that has a sports section. just how many people are going to be calling the pats cheaters? More often than not it will be the majority. this id getting ridiculous, i have seriously had every no pats fan I've met call them cheats to my face in the last week.

why does this bother me? Well because of the very question in the title. yeah why can"t pats fans let spy gate go?" well that little question has been the response i get when i get mad at those people for calling the pats cheaters. the fact is they filmed a teams defensive signals. it was a comma practice and was legal up until 2007 it was fine to do so in 2006 rules changed. And you know what? everybody does it, and it isn't even very useful. signals change, and it would be useless in the game it was even done. the point is to study it for later games, by which time most of those signals would be different any way. so basically spy-gate was blown way the hell out of proportion and PEOPLE WILL NOT DROP IT.

so yes if you want pats fan to stop being "butt hurt" over this stop calling them cheaters for an overblown, common, and minor offense.

i knew i would like a girl i met a while back the first time we spoke. she already had a boyfriend. now senior year is almost over and I've just become good friends with her over the course of a vacation, she still has the same boyfriend since i met her.

I got close to her now on accident over a vacation, i had been trying to keep her a certain distance since i met her because of her boyfriend, and because i knew she's the type of girl i would fall for easily. Now I'm head over heels in love with her, like i knew i would be when i met her, and i can't even tell her, it would make her feel guilty for just being herself, thats just who she is, and thats why i love her. but she has a guy she has been serious with since before i met her.

He's an *** and i hate his guts, he treats people like **** and he has already and almost certainly will treat her the same. he's cheated on her before and every body i know has told her the truth about him. but she wants to move in with him this summer after we graduate high school. I've never been this out of control of my own emotions, I've always kept myself reasonably well controlled, but with her I'm just so lost and it hurts to see her now because this is all i can think about.

I fell in love with her, and i can't even tell her. That alone i think hurts the most i think, i have to keep it a secret from her when i just want to shout it and tell everybody i know.

what can i do?

ok, so i enjoy airsoft and paintball quite a bit, but i never really like how airsoft guns try to emulate reel guns with their appearances so much. however what if they made airsoft guns based off of game and movie fantasy guns? would you fellow enthusiasts buy those? is that a possible idea i could think of putting out there?

OK so i was curious if anybody else out there would like to see more original Star Wars movies that were not the original and prequel trilogies. like saw a movie about KotOR, or else a move about the wars and issues after the empire fell, i mean there's a ton of universe to work with and there's a lot of books and stuff they can base a movie off of so, your thoughts?

Ok so i want to make a fake blood recipe for costumes, it's for a school day event this Friday (oct 29)

the costume is going to be a zombie, so i want to tear up a white button down shirt and cover it in blood such as 28 days later it's Friday night and i have a week to make this costume, but i want to start it tomorrow, so i need a recipe that will stain a shirt and not fade if left unwashed for a week and when dry not come off (school rules) also i need a blood that will be like this for my face.

i just got into boffer sword fighting but i'm pretty out of shape...(not fat) but i need to improve my stamina.

i have no access to a gym or home work out equipment, (why i'm out of shape to begin with) but i do have a bike... can i get ant tips and exercise techniques to help out?

Is police brutality over exaggerated? I mean in most of the famous cases that I see it seems to strike me that the police are not given any credit and are demonized my people and the media, take Rodney King for example the media showed the video of him getting beaten, but it didn't tell the whole story, it didn't mention the 100mph chase or the refusal to submit to the police, he is even seen resisting arrest during the video but to many the police were demonized in the video, public opinion, and media, so why is that the case? don't people understand that a cop goes to work very day not knowing if he will ever be going home again? is it right to jump to such conclusions? much like we do with accused sex offenders, and spousal abusers?

now i was just wondering after finishing the dresden files that have been relaesed i have a slight curiosity, about molly and dresden, now as stated in proven guilty harry has no intrest in molly, but she obvoisly have a few interests in him, and since the main reason dreasden won't think about it is because she's too young, what would happen after say ten years? since they can live centuries is a relationship possable in the future when she isn't too young? not counting susan since the whole vampire thing, and elaine because she doesn't seem to want to pick up on things...

Why do people think it's ok when a woman divorces a man for any reason and quietly empties the money before she tells him she wants a divorce? and then claims half of what he owns After she has all the money? i hear about this happening to guys all the time, but I've never seen a person say that it was wrong of the girl to do it, i.fact most people support the girl even if she was only divorcing because she had an affair and she wants out.

ok now, lets be 100% honest, not not going by book sales, and other such stats, i want to talk about the actual quality of the books, ex how each other forms their,

plots,

characters,

writing styles,

and witting skill,

such as can their books pull you in? is the writing and sentence/page structure well/carefully formed and planned out, books that are written and scrutinized and taken upwards or half a year to write, or is just a book that was banged out in three months flat like S Meyer did with twilight.

so what are your opinions? long answers please!
