My school is having a 1990's themed concert this week and everyone is to dress accordingly, but I'm not quite sure what to wear. I was a little kid in the 90's so I don't remember much about fashion. Can anyone give me any good ideas?

(cos(2x))^2-(sin(2x))^2+sin(2x)=0

I'm not even sure where to start. I tried factoring our sin2x, but then I couldn't figure out what to do with cos^2 -sin2x

My school published their new dress code and they said no hoodies outside of the proper season, but it is sooo cold inside the school. I go to a public school where there is no uniform. Can you think of any reason on why they'd make this a rule (besides it make the kids look more clean cut? I mean, what is wrong with being warm?)?
