I'm curious as to what it is that makes people think that horoscopes and such actually work?

Whichever Deity you believe in, whether it's the Christian, Islamic, Judea, or one of the Greek, Roman, Shinto etc.

I'm trying to be open minded here so please give me your best evidence for the existence or the deeds of your chosen deity, as well as how you know that this is the true deity.

I would really appreciate it if you supply more evidence or at least an argument that stretches beyond the realm of quotes from holy books or "just look around".

**And please no sardonic "zingers" or redundant answers. Atheists agnostics and the like I'm well aware of your feelings toward the subject, so if you do answer try to be RESPECTFUL!!

Just curious as to how people perceive the political philosophy (all forms of Socialism, moderate, scientific, etc.)

-- Should socialism be implemented more or less in the U.S ( to what degree)

-- What aspects of the U.S should be Socialized (yes some already are) or privatized

-- What is your general opinion of Socialism?

Again just wondering how Americans or simply people in general perceive Socialism and opinions they have regarding the philosophical aspects.
