Let's say we have A which has the attributes a,b,c.

We also have B, which also has the attributes a,b,c.

Can we say A=B?

How can we prove equivalence?

I'm writing a story set a few hundred years ago, and need a disease that lasts a few months.

Strep throat looked good except that only lasted a few days.

etc.

I need something that lasts a bit longer, enough or the child's father to send for a doctor to fix, (January - March-ish time frame)

I just want some clarification along specific points on why many people dislike it.

One I understand is the Atheism, but that actually isn't a necessity in the philosophy.

this might make a lot of people angry, but not me.

I see it as saying. "Guys, look. The concept that you used to define what God is, isn't working. you should try to define God with a definition that works"

Is this a bad way of reading into the idea?

Is how I see it (not in relation to other things Neitzsche says) okay to do?

I am writing a short story about a character that invents a balloon that might be able to take the passenger into space.

At what height would microgravity, like what was experienced in the space shuttle occur. (for all purposes, weightlessness)?

If I were recently laid off (did not get unemployment from that one) but then got a new job.

If the new job decides to lay me off, would I be able to get unemployment?

My best friend is confused.

Guards check the bridge and shoot anyone attempting to escape. They check the bridge every half-minute to be sure.

And you can't possibly run the distance in less than four minutes.

How do you make it across?
