Driving Questions?
I passed my drivers test today and now I’m wondering if I can now drive without another licensed driver? I still have the permit and I’m going to the DMV soon to get the regular license but do I still need to have someone with me until then? Also I’m 24, do I need to have the permit for a few months before I can even get the license? I live in Texas for reference
2 AnswersInsurance & Registration2 days agoMy sister stole from me? ?
A few weeks ago I ordered some things for a music festival that I was going to, but they didn’t arrive until after I left and my sister stole them from me. I don’t live at my house anymore (moved out a couple months ago but used my old address for the delivery) but I really want my things. How can I get them from her? Having a conversation won’t work, we’re kind of estranged, she’s blocked me on everything and refuses to talk to me. Would going to the old house when she’s not there to steal them back be a good option? I don’t really want to cause trouble, just take what belongs to me.
7 AnswersFamily2 years agoWill I get internet access?
I'm moving into student housing in a few days and I'm bringing a router so I hopefully will have internet access. The internet is almost essential to me as a student. If I plugged the router in and turned it on, would it work? Or would I have to call an internet provider to get it set up? Also what is an Ethernet cable and do I need it to make the router work?
It might also be worth mentioning that the complex does have internet but I think it's a bunch of hotspots or maybe it's just inside the front office? (I wont be living anywhere near the office anyway. I'm in s a back building.) I can't imagine that it would be very fast anyway with so many people using it.

I m moving to a student housing apartment in a few days and I m bringing a router with me so I can connect to the internet. Being a student, the internet is almost an essential for me. Would my router work if I just plugged it in and turned it on? Or would I have to call the internet provider and ask them to add the router to the plan? How does that work? Also, why does the Ethernet cable do? Do I need one for the internet to work?
2 AnswersComputer Networking4 years agoI drowned my 3DS XL in orange juice.?
Around August of 2015, I bought a Nintendo 3DS XL. Today, I drowned it in orange juice. Not on purpose, just that a bottle leaked in my bag where my DS also happened to be. Hilariously enough, out of all the other things in my bag at the time, including clothes, that was the only thing ruined. But anyways, when I bought the thing, I didn't get the warranty the nice man at Target offered me because I didn't want to spend the money and I honestly did not think I would need it. I realize now that I've made a huge mistake. So I guess my question is, do I have to replace it or can something be done to fix it?
I should also mention that I think it's too late to put it in a ton of rice as the DS was wet for probably 5 or 6 hours and the damage had already been done so I don't think that will help.
Thanks in advance.
3 AnswersVideo & Online Games5 years agoI Phone 5?
My sister has so far had two replacements of her I Phone 5 and both have turned off randomly, the music plays and stops at random, and freezes, cuts phone calls. The most current replacement just shuts off and doesn't turn back on for days. My sister doesn't want to get an Android (which I suggested) because she doesn't want to lose he massive library of music.
I really would like some help either fixing the phone or finding a way to back up her music so she can finally get an android.
Thanks in advance.
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans6 years agoCan I bring my penny-board on the plane as a carry-on?
I m flying to Virginia from Florida with Southwest Airlines in a week or so and I really want to bring my penny board with me. I would put it in my suitcase but there is already going to be so much in there that I don t think it ll fit. I m already bringing a carry-on bag with my laptop and other electronics in it so I was wondering if I would be able to put my board wither in my bag or take it on as an additional carry-on item.
Thanks much!
2 AnswersPacking & Preparation6 years agoWhen will I get my money?
About 20 minutes ago, I deposited my paycheck through the Chase mobile app and I was wondering when my money will be available for withdrawal. It told me that if I deposited the check before 11pm (which I did. Waaaay before then) that it would be there by the next business day but I need access to it today.
Obviously this is my first time using the deposit thing and I'm anxious about getting my money. Thank you in advance.
6 AnswersPersonal Finance6 years agoShould I talk to him about it?
Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. However, I am on birth control and have been for about a year. Normally we would use a condom, but we decided that we wanted to try it without one since we knew birth control was 99% effective. However, and I know I am paranoid, there's still that 1% chance of becoming pregnant. Neither of us are ready for a baby right now. Should I talk to him about the options we have and what we would do if I did end up pregnant, or should I just not? Thank you in advance.
