Would converting to Judaism have entitled Ishmael to Abraham's blessings like today when a gentile/Arab converts to Judaism is also entitled to the blessings of the covenant?

My wife is 48 and just went through a phantom period after a D&C three months ago. She had one extreme, on time, AF after the D&C. Then a month later a second AF again on time, so that's two periods so far now after the D&C. But, what was supposed to be a 3rd and on time period now turned out to be a phantom period only.
I know we're old but we really want a child of our own. So, do phantom periods mean this could be it, that we're done, that's it'll have to be donor eggs or adoption? Any chance we can still do this despite a phantom period? Any hope at all?

3 AnswersPregnancy4 years agoDoes development of pregnancy always start from the first day of the last period?
If so, we were told our baby has no heartbeat at eight weeks when we had the ultrasound, counting from the first day of the last period. However, if we counted from estimated implantation date, then we were not yet at eight weeks when we had the ultrasound, which gives us hope there may be a heartbeat at the next ultrasound. Otherwise as of now it's a missed miscarriage.
Thoughts? Help. Please gives us hope if possible.
