You could say, "OF COURSE THEY ARE YOU DOLT" which I can understand. I think life is valuable, but something even more valuable is our world. Our world is increasing in population and with that comes seemingly unfixable problems. In this case, would weening out society be wrong if it was to put natural selection into full swing again and keep our earth inhabitable. You can argue the morals behind this question, but that is not the point of it.

Taxi Driver, Falling Down, or Apocalypse now? I know the third one is quite random, but I have recently seen it and it has similar concepts. I find all three to be amazing and can't come to a conclusion.

What did you think of the movie? Also as a sidenote; was the bull they killed at the end real?

I can tell you why. I asked for god-defending people to respond to my question in a factual way while steering clear of symbolism. The answer, and only one answer, I got was from mare, who really tried to answer my question. This answer, however, was exactly what I asked him to avoid. Nothing was explained with evidence or detail besides "his own little connection with god". I respect his answer and think he has a lot of guts, but still he missed the target. Anyone want to take a shot at it?

Mine is that religion is a thing of the past that best described all of earths mysteries when there was no technology to explain it. Now with modern technology, we have no need for religion. Yet people still cling on to it. What is your view?
