Hello! First of all, I'm an 18 year old girl. Made the terrible decision to shoplift at Urban Outfitters in the mall of America. Got caught with about $50 worth of merchandise from them. However, I realized my mistake and in a way I'm a little glad I got caught. I knew it was a bad decision, but I did it because I had done it once before, the same day, and didn't get caught. Being caught stopped me before it became a larger problem that would get worse in time. Anyways, I was extremely cooperative and 5 minutes into meeting the cop we were having a surprisingly pleasant conversation. I tried to put ease to all of the situations and be as cooperative as I could. But that's pretty beside the point. I paid my $50 bail, got my fingerprints and pictures taken. Now I have court next month. How would I go about getting the least amount of fine I could? Or other punishments, I suppose. I'm most concerned about my criminal record. Also: I had a scissors in my purse. I know that's odd but I bought a pair at the dollar tree to cut a tag off of my shirt because it kept poking me. I has absolutely no intentions of using it for shoplifting, I asked various stores if they had a scissors I could use but none of them would let me because they were afraid I would take it. And that tag was bugging me, obviously I wasn't going to just buy a scissors and throw it away when I was done. It's just an unlucky curve ball. Then the woman from urban outfitters told me I would be charged with a felony for this... Even after I explained the situation to her. I can imagine however that many people do that, but again I just had a couple of unlucky circumstances. Will I be charged with a felony for that? The policeman really seemed to have shrugged his shoulders when the woman mentioned I had a scissors and he also only wrote the court date in for a MISDEMEANOR rather than felony, but I'm still a little concerned that this could be an aggravating factor at court. I don't have the money for an attorney. And in Minnesota, sometimes the defendant will have to reimburse the public defender and I don't know if I can take that financial risk. I was hoping to bring in the points that the scissors were not for cutting security tags off of clothing, explain that situation, if it is brought up, and emphasize that none of these clothes had tags cut off of them so there is no solid proof that I intended to use them for the purpose of shoplifting. In addition, I am going to donate $250 worth of clothing to my local thrift store and get a receipt for it to prove I did and bring that in to court. Which $250 is nearly 7 times the value of clothing I attempted to steal from urban outfitters and 5 times the amount of total merchandise I attempted to steal. I will also mention my previously clean record, my obvious regret, and strong decision to never do this again. Hopefully this will help a little. Tell me your thoughts, what can I do?

I tried to put ease to all of the situations and I got all the men in the police station in on our joke telling, even me joking about how I should be a loss prevention person since I know the ins and outs of shoplifting... But that's pretty beside the point. I paid my $50 bail, got my fingerprints and pictures taken, and I was very cooperative. Now I have court next month. I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm extremely sick with the flu right now. I was taking a bath and noticed I had a bump on my inner labia. I started feeling around more, and noticed there was another one on the other side.

I don't understand how it could be herpes, I've been sexually active with only one guy and he's NEVER had any cold sores anywhere, on his penis or on his mouth. He's never had sex without a condom (before me), and he's just as confused as I am.

I have a cold sore on my vagina and I literally dont understand how it got there. We've been dating a little over six months, and before him I hadn't done anything sexual at all. We didn't have sex until the third month of dating, and we would probably only have it 2 times a week, but we did other sexual things 2 other times a week. Now he doesn't want to do anything sexual at all. It all started when we both went on vacation and didn't see each other for two weeks, but we sexted almost every day. Then we had sex twice right when he got back, but other than that we haven't had sex in 3 weeks. I'll do sexual things for him, like give him a ********, but he hasn't even touched me throughout these whole three weeks. I talked to him about how it was kind of unfair that I'll always give him a bj, but he can't even do anything slightly sexual for me, and he said he felt bad and that I should feel lucky that he doesn't only think about sex because "a lot of relationships get ruined by sex." But its just frustrating. He always has some dumb excuse as to why we can't have sex. Once he said he was too hungry, and that we could after I made him breakfast, but after breakfast he just went to hang out with one of his guy friends. Another time he said because his parents were home, but they were asleep and we've never not had sex or done anything sexual just because his parents were home... Were both 17 by the way. It just sucks because I love him so much, and sex makes me feel much closer, intimately closer to him, and it kind of makes me feel bad or inadequate that he doesn't feel the same way. I just feel like he doesn't romantically like me as he used to. Now when we do hangout, we either hang out as a group with all of our friends or we just watch a movie. Like strictly watch a movie, barely cuddling, no talking, no kissing, just sit there and watch. It makes me so sad, I gave him everything.

Like he asked me if I wasn't feeling well yesterday right after he got a text from his friend asking if he wanted to chill, so I knew he'd rather be hanging out with his friends. I know it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but I just started crying and stuff. Like I didn't even think about it, I just felt extremely sad and started crying. I was really happy before that. I also always get mad at him for stupid stuff, like if we can't have sex I get pissy. Because I'll always do sexual stuff for him, but he never returns the favor or has sex, so he's the only one getting the intimate pleasure, and its irritatinf that I'm always left hanging, so I start crying. I have depression, but for the last two weeks I've been completely fine, unless I'm with him. Just like every little thing he does upsets me, and I can't figure out why. It's not that way for anyone else. I just feel like its so unfair for me to always be crying or angry when he is ALWAYS pleasant to be around. I know he loves me, but I always feel inadequate or sad. What's the problem here?

I know that sounds really dumb, haha. But I have quite a bit of belly fat and I only have like a barely B cup. I really don't want to go down to an A cup just for a flat stomach, so is there ANY way that I could get a flatter stomach without having to size down on my cup size?

I already did a little bit, my waist got smaller and my boobs really did too.

I weigh 118, I'm 5'5" and 15 years old, I'm a girl. I want to get in shape, and I have access to a treadmill, workout DVDS, yoga, and an ab workout. Which order/how long should I do each?

I just want to turn my fat into muscle, lose 2 or 3 pounds, and just get toned up.

I worked out yesterday more than usual. I ran a mile, did an 8 minute workout, and did a little yoga. I did that around 4-5 yesterday, then about 8 this morning, in class, my heart started hurting. It was weird because I was watching a movie and right when they started talking about heart problems, my heart started hurting. Then it went away after 5 or so minutes, then it came back and I got up and walked around. Then it didn't hurt at all, but it was beating kind of fast (usually beat about 85-90 bpm, at this time it was about 95/100) Then it all went away.

I'm 15, 5'5" 118 pounds. Eat about 1650/1700 calories a day, I have anxiety as my mom does too. My mom had to take pills to slow down her heart beat because it beated too fast, if any of that information is useful. And I had a bowl of cereal and a few sips of Propel before my heart started hurting. Thanks.

My mom suggested that it was just from working out then I started worrying so my heart beated faster.

Also, I have had previous heart pains. Two summers ago my heart hurt really bad one night under different circumstances and it was much worse.
