I paid and received all three credit scores. The next day I applied for a mortgage loan. There was a 52 point difference between the score I received directly from Experian and the score the mortgage lender received from a company called Credit Plus, Inc. (CreditXpert). Why? How can I get this changed? If at all.

I understand that from one day to the next my credit can have differences based on timing of revolving credit card billing and payments. But a 52 point swing? Frustrating to go through many months (years) of credit repair only for the mortgage company to get the wrong number.

Every time I look at a different stock ticker, I get the pop-up box ----> Introducing Following.

I do not want to follow every ticker symbol I look up. Anyone know how to disable that one?

Compared to owning sticks and bricks homes for rental properties, are there specific benefits for owning land with a mobile home on it for renting.
