  • how do i get my cat to stop urinating around the house?

I adopted a kitten around three months ago. She was very shy and timid so two days later we adopted her a sister which helped her tremendously to come out of her shell. After getting her I noticed she was having some issues with loose stool so we changed her food around and things got better but now she has started urinating all over our apartment. She only urinates in the room I am in and it is almost like she lays down and just pees. I have taken her to the vet and they ran a Urine analysis on her which came back normal. She will occasionally use the litter box at times and we will go days with no issues then we have bad days where she goes all over the place. PLEASE help I love her more than anything and I only want her to be happy but it is hard to live with her like this. She is spayed and I clean my litter box at least once a day if not more.

  • How do I get my kitten to be less shy and nervous?

I adopted a 4 month old kitten two days ago. I expected her to hide and be shy especially since the shelter described her as a shy cat. The day I brought her home after hiding and being bribed with some wet food she came over to me and let me pet her and she purred and even was happy when I picked her up. That night I brought her down to the couch and let her cuddle with my boyfriend and I on the couch and she purred and rolled around on my lap and let us both pet her. Last night she got under the couch and hid and would not come out while we were awake. (I know she came out during the night because the litter box was used and some food eaten) Today she hid so well that I thought I lost her and just overall is hiding almost all of the time and acting terrified of my boyfriend which I feel bad about since he is an animal lover and lives with me. I was considering getting her another kitten friend since she often walks around meowing clearly searching for a cat friend and no matter how much I talk to her she keeps walking around calling out. I adopted her from a petsmart where the rescue told me she was found in a litter of kittens under a wood pile and she was the last of the litter to be adopted. Should I get a second kitten or is it to much of a risk that they wont get along? Would having a second kitten help to boost her confidence level?

  • 1999 Passat wagon Rear hatch not unlocking?

I recently bought a used 99 Passat wagon off of a local older couple. Not long after buying it I discovered that the rear hatch didn't lock. My dad tried to fix the problem and replaced the lock motor in the door. The good news is the door now locks the bad news being that it now will not unlock. If you look at the inside of the door with the cloth section taken off you can see the door push the plunger over to unlock but as soon as it get there it then falls back into the lock position right away. Any ideas?
