Suicidal Mess Up

Yesterday I woke up and my wrist was swollen. After a while I felt an excrusiating pain in it. I couldn't move it at all. I had it wrapped up all day. Today it's still badly swollen but the pain has gone down. The pain spread though too. It goes from my finger tips to my elbow. What should I do???

Me and my friend are thinking of tattooing "Promise" on our pinky. About how much will it cost for both of them?

Can I have any tips on the best way to do that?? Like a list of things to eat, a list of things not to eat, exercises, and stuff like that? Thanks. xxx

I'm thinking of going to a treatment center for my depression. I have a few questions though. If I go in the school year, would I have to go to summer school? Also, how long would it take to help a sever case of depression?

It expired in 2009, but I really need an inhaler, can I still use it?!

My hairs originally blonde but I've dyed it brown/black/red/pink/blue/almost every color you can think of. I want it blonde again now. I put color remover in. Then bleach. Now it's a reddish/orangish color. Still kind of dark. If I dye it with blonde dye, will it be blonde or should I bleach it once more??

I have absolutely no money. I spent it all on bleach. I put color remover in first, then bleach. Now I'm out of money & have orange/pink/brown/blonde/white hair. I want my hair ALL WHITE. How many times will I have to put peroxide in it to get it like that do you think???

I'm atheist. She's this HUGE devoted catholic. I try explaining to her that I don't believe. That "God" gives me no reason to believe. She doesn't respect it though. I have like 20 bibles, she forces me to go to church & religion & religious retreats. All those things just make me believe less though. Why wont she accept my beliefs???

I've been daydreaming about this perfect "country" style relationship not the dumb stuff like flowers a movie or dinner. My brother has this friend that I thought was repulsive. I found out he's a country boy & now I cant stop thinking about him. Plus whenever I see that a guy drives a truck, I fall like madly in love with them. I usually drink a bottle or 2 cans of dr pepper or mt dew every day (I know. Not healthy.) If I stop drinking pop altogether, I'll be skinnier & won't weigh as much, right? How much weight do you think I'll lose after a week? (Just guess?) thanks so much<3

I know I'm depressed/suicidal/bipolar & have anxieties, OCD, ADD, & ADHD (yes, I was tested for them. A doctor told me I had them.) But I dont think this problem has anything to do with those things.... Here's what my problem is:

When people piss me of, or do something that I feel I need to get even for, all I can think of doing is killing them. I have tried killing my brothers more than once. All thats ever on my mind is killing people. I actually have a journal of ways to kill people & a longggg list of people...... I scare myself.... What's wrong with me???...

Why do people think depression is a feeling? Why can't they understand it is a mental illness? Why don't they realize that it is NOTHING like just being sad? WHY DONT PEOPLE UNDERSTAND DEPRESSION?!?!</3)':
