I do weights each day Dumbbells. treadmill for 20 minutes on high speed and ab exercises Im 24 male 156lbs and I have 100-110grams a day is that too much protein ? I also have calorie deficit of 400-500 calories so eat 1400-1600 a day would more protein make me fat or will it be muscle ?

Would you notice any difference in size taking 5g of creatine a day but on a calorie deficit of 400-500 calories and doing weights and eating enough protein each day ? Or is that not enough and if your not doing enough training is it gonna make you look fat ?

Iv been losing weight abs are showing through I have a calorie deficit not too much carbs been doing 30 mins treadmill weightlifting each day the right amount of protein my arms have gotten huge especially the right one I'm working on that :) the muscles are hard but have gotten really flabby/fat and don't know why any ideas ? I'm 24 male 5 ft 9 the only thing I can think of is that iv been eating a protein bar each day but if I'm on a calorie deficit then should that matter ? Any help appreciated 😄
