    my left shin and foot went completely numb and is cold. its been about 30m and ive walked around and everything its still the same. i can still move it but feels like when you have carpal tunnel in your hand if that makes sense. Im a teenager and have pretty good health? is this normal lol

    I got a box of contact lenses from Hubble a while ago. It says "daily lenses". Does this mean I throw them out after wearing them for one day, or I take them out each night and get a new pair every 30 days? Thank you!

  • Why is my muscle twitching?

    Hi, i got up this morning and my leg was asleep (numb and i woke it up and got those tingles) and since then my muscle, particularly in that leg on the upper calf my muscle has been having spasms ? they dont hurt, it only feels extremely gross. can i make it stop?
