How do you get rid of back, neck, and shoulder tension? I've had it for maybe two years now and tried yoga, massages, and stretching, but it's always only temporary relief. I'm only 16 and I don't have much stress, so I don't know what the problem is. Could it be because I slouched a lot as a kid?

I've had this thing for a few years now, where I feel the need to hit my arms, legs, head, ect. on something hard, or hit them together. I can control it, but it becomes so uncomfortable that I feel the need to do it again. Especially when I'm trying to sleep, I jerk just about every muscle in my body until I force myself to stop. It's really frustrating because I feel the need to do it 24/7. For example, as I'm typing this, I have to hit my leg with my arm just to feel temporary relief. I know I wrote a lot and it sounds really strange but it's been bothering me for years. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to control it or know what might cause it? Any serious advice is appreciated.

I have had acne for years and can never find a face wash that really helps. I know I've had Neutrogena (pink grapefruit one and one with chamomile) and Proactiv. While they help a little, they don't REALLY improve my skin. I know just a face wash won't get rid of acne forever. At the moment, I'm using dermatologist recommended medicine to use on my acne, along with foundation that helps to get rid of acne. I also do a facial once a week. My skin looks terrible, though it has improved significantly. I just need a good, oil-free face wash that you could find at the drugstore. Thank you!

So for at least a few years now, I've had mold growing in a corner of my room (I know, why didn't I clean it earlier, I have no idea). What should I use to get rid of this? Bleach and water solution? Anything else I can make?

So just about anything can upset me. The smallest comment about my appearance or anything related makes me feel just terrible. I really don't think this is normal because I look at other people and they seem to just not care. I'm not insecure, I usually find myself attractive and a good person, but when people get hurt, how does one just "stop caring"?

I know many guys like curvy women, but I just want to take a poll on who prefers what. So which body type do you prefer?

So here's a little background first: A little over six months ago, my sister started going out with this guy. (He was in a gang before.) A few months later, she kind of "moved in" with him. She only comes over to take food and money from my family (Mom, Dad, and me). My family doesn't have a lot of money and my sister knows this. We were actually at risk of having our house foreclosed just a week ago. My mom has also been suspicious of my sister stealing money before. So this is just a little information.

The problem I faced was this: I came home one day, and was about to go out again. My sister was over. I wanted to count my money (dad said I should) just to make sure I'd remember it in case any of it was stolen. I counted and came up with about 160, when I originally had 500-550. We all accused my sister and she tried to lie about it (she's a terrible liar). Ever since, I've been avoiding her and dis including her in the family. That money was all I had to be proud of, being a 15 year old. She continues to take things from my family at least once a week.

Please, I need some advice on how to end this. I suggested to my parents that we change the locks (she has keys), but until then, we need a temporary fix. I can't take this anymore.

So I'm a female in my mid-teens, and I think I may be bi. My entire life I thought I was straight because I have never actually liked a girl. Although, whenever I saw pictures of, erm, boobs, I was turned on; even as a kid. However, I don't find anything else about woman sexually appealing. It's literally just that. I see girls and think they are pretty, but all girls think that. I don't have any feelings for them, and honestly, thinking about it doesn't turn me on either. But when I think about lesbians doing things, it can turn me on faster than thinking about my own boyfriend!

It's a project for school. I need to draw a super hero, give it a name, and write a biography (ex. powers). I can do protein, carbohydrates, nucleic acid, or lipids as a superhero. For example, a superhero's name might be "Carboman". He is able to release blasts of sugar energy to fend off enemies. However, I can''t use this example. I don't have the best imagination and creativity, so can anyone help with this? Thanks.

So lately, I've been feeling like I wanted to die. When I get home from school, I've been feeling very sad and just want to give up in life. I don't have a terrible life, but there are a few things that really bother me. There are many details I could include, but I don't want to make this too long. I've also been getting very little sleep for a 15 year old (8 hours in the past 48 hours), so can this lead to depression or make it worse?

Okay, I don't mean that I actually want to kill someone. It's just that whenever I hear about a book or movie on murder, I have to check it out. The bad thing is that it doesn't end at made-up stories. I am interested in real murders and serial killers. Maybe it's just because of how I am or it's just a phase, but I've been wondering this for a while. Will this pass or is there something wrong?

I've dyed my hair black only once before, and I think I used L'Oreal's Feria. The color continued to come out of my hair every time I took a shower for a month. Two weeks after I dyed it, most of it was already out. So I'm looking for a long-lasting black hair dye, because I can't afford to get it done at a hair salon. Just a kit that you'd get at Wal-Mart or something. I heard Nice 'N Easy is great for long-lasting hair color, opinions? Thanks!

I want to be a Alice in Wonderland zombie this year but I can't afford to get an actual Alice costume. I found a blue and white dress at Goodwill a couple years ago but I'm not sure if it looks enough like Alice. Thoughts?
