2 AnswersLanguages9 years agoNeed Unique room ideas!?
Me and my fiance are moving into our own home. We want things that are different and creative! We like things like the light up led shower heads, and the matching faucets. We are also both heavy gamers, and would like a cool way to keep and store our video games. Anything that lights up, is artistic, or different will be awesome! It's a smaller condo, so anything that can be compacted or is a fold away is awesome :) We also are looking for light up rugs, waiting for the footlumes to come out, so anything like that would be awesome!!
Thanks a bunch!
1 AnswerDecorating & Remodeling9 years agoMystery snail help!! Babies, growth, sizes.....?
Ok, so I got a mystery snail from Petsmart, and I guess it was pregnant, because now there's a ton of baby snails in my tank! But some are BIG and others are almost a speck in size! There's a lot of them, but I didn't see any egg clusters (Idk if they lay them underwater). So now I have some large ones, some super small ones. I also have 4 guppies, and an albino cory. I don't want any more babies, I only wanted one snail!! This is all getting to be a bit more stressful than it should be. I have 2 fake plants in the tank, and a pirate skull with a air pump under it (I think thats where the eggs were)
Will petsmart take the babies?? I cant go back to college with all these baby snails!
Help please

A student working in a lab of 25.0oC and 755 torr collects 45.0 mL of hydrogen gas. At STP (273.15 K, 760 torr), what volume, in milliters, has been collected? Hint: (P1V1)/T1 = (P2V2)/T2 .
Make sure to report your answer to the correct significant figures and do not use units.

During today’s experiment we will produce hydrogen gas (H2) using zinc metal (Zn(s)) and hydrochloric acid (HCl). Which is a balanced net ionic equation illustrating this process?
A. Zn (s) + 2 H+ (aq) --> Zn2+ (aq) + H2 (g)
B. Zn (s) + 2 H+ (aq) --> Zn2+ (aq) + 2 NaCl (aq)
C. Zn (s) + 2 HCl (aq) --> Zn2+ (aq) + HCl (aq)
D. Zn (s) + 2 HCl (aq) --> Zn2+ (aq) + H2 (g) + 2 Cl- (aq)

Magnesium oxide can be made by heating magnesium metal in the presence of the oxygen. The balanced equation for the reaction is
2Mg(s) + O(sub2)(g) --> 2MgO(s)
When 10.0 g of Mg is allowed to react with 10.6 g O(sub2) MgO is collected.
What is the theoretical yield for this reaction?
Determine the percent yield for the reaction.
1 AnswerChemistry1 decade agoBalancing net ionic equations!!?
Need help with these equations :( I wouldn't normally ask, but it's 5am, and its been 8+ hours working on these things... I cant do the normal lab to see these happen because I have an allergy to one of the substances we're using...So please help!
I need the balanced net ionic equations for these (Theres a LOT, just do what you feel like :) )
FeCL(Sub3)+ KOH
FeCL(Sub3)+NaOH
Co(NO(sub3))(sub2) + KOH
Co(NO(sub3))(Sub2) +NaOH
CoCL(sub2)+ KOH
CoCL(Sub2)+ NaOH
BaCl(Sub 2)+ AgNO(sub3)
BaCl(Sub 2)+ Al(Sub2) (SO(Sub4))(Sub3)
BaCl(Sub 2)+ Na(Sub2)CO(Sub3)
Na(sub2)CO(sub3)+AgNO(sub3)
Na(sub2)CO(sub3+ Al(sub2)(SO(sub4))(Sub3)
Al(Sub2)(SO(Sub4))(Sub3) + AgNO(Sub3)
HCl+ AgNO(sub3)
