i have a 2 yr old son my twin sister does help me take care of him. which i appreciate! but he hit her in da face and she spanked him a lil too hard in his leg. i brung it to her attention for her not to spank him and we ended up arguing. how can i get her to understand not to spank him??

My father and I had my niece for 3 years. My nieces mom gave her to me. I was surprised! When my father told me to ask her for financial support she decided to take her from us. After , we knew my father was about to die of cancer and only had a couple of days to live . My niece mom has disappeared and we dont know where to find my niece anymore. So, I was wondering do you think that my nieces mom will ever let my niece contact us ever??

Myself and my twin sister work for Holiday Inn Express. We got our hours cut to 3 days in two weeks. All other employes have 5 days to work and 2 days off. Except us two. They just hired a new girl and she has 5 days to work and 2 days off. We know that management doesn't like us. And thats why they cut our hours. We are the only ones that got our hours cut. We have also contacted RIM Hospitality . Which management didn't like and thats the reason that management doesn't like us.
