Is there a thing where people receive another jury summons even when they were excused from it before? My doctor already provided the letter and I was excused but just recently, I received another one. Should I put something like "I already provided proof last year" on the remarks section or ignore it?

I sold an item on Ebay & after they purchased the item they messaged me saying that their shipping address is wrong so they provided the correct one telling me to ship it to that address. The wrong part seems to be only the street and city and everything else like the zipcode and the state is the same. I am still wondering if it's still safe for me to change it to the correct one that the buyer provided as I never had an experience like this before. Am I at risk for shipping it there?

By the way, if it's risky should I cancel the transaction and then the buyer can change the Paypal address on their own and purchase it again? They paid but I don't see "cancel transaction" as one of my options. Even if I do this method , do I get back my final value fees back as a refund?

My antivirus recently detected a virus called "newfolder.exe" from my USB flash drive and says it removed them. I formatted the flash drive just to make sure but when I inserted it again, the same thing happened. The anti virus that I was using is Trend Micro that came with the computer. I don't know why my flash drive is still infected but I would like to know how to get rid of the virus permanently and if anyone could suggest a good + free antivirus program that I can download since the Trend Micro is now expired.
