Okay, Im going to make a looong story short. Me and him dated for about six months. We've been separated for about a year. We haven't talked in about 10 months &we recently ran into each other and i just know its meant to be!

Hey everybody! So okay, I'll try to make this short and to the point. I am 240 pounds as of today. I am also 5'6. (height) My goal weight is 135 so yes. I have 105 pounds to go! Oh don't let me forget I'm only 14 years old. So i really need to get this weight off. I'm going into high school in the fall and want to at least have lost 60 pounds. I get off of school for the summer may 20th and go back the 2nd week of august. So i'd say about three months. I've heard that the bigger you are the faster you lose. What do i need to do? Can someone make me a diet/exercise plan? Or suggest me to a website where i can make my own. i really want this. I like tips! and positive fed back and unfortunately i negative is welcome and will be considered.

It isn’t right to look down on people because of their size. Talk bad about them, or show them hate. Everyone needs to love everybody for what’s on the inside. It doesn’t matter about skin or about weight. People need to be loved no matter what size waist or what shade of skin. Just because somebody is a size 14 doesn’t mean they’re a slob, or doesn’t mean they don’t take care of themselves. Nor does it mean they don’t love themselves. Stop judging people all the time. Put yourself in their situations and see how you feel if someone was to call you fat and ugly. How would you feel? When you call people names does how does it feel to know your ruining someone’s life? Huh! I guess you don’t care. It hurts. Open up your eyes. Your helping kill slowly.

Just think that when you hurt someone internally if effects them emotionally. And that’s how serial killers come up. They get hurt, and take the blame out on people. You might say that the people are innocent, but they are not. They help it. Next time hold your tongue when you want to say something bad about a person. Just think what if that was you.

If in your class there is an outcast kind of kid that doesn’t really have any friends, talk to them. You never know what situation they are in. Be kind, you will get thanked. I always look at it as “they maybe could be an angel. And god probably was looking to see what you would do.”

Just show respect. It will help a lot, and stop with the judging. Everyone is different, just let them be.
