Waz guanin everyone? just wanted to ask, my friend just joined his local gym and he needed some guidance on how to train up and gain weight and build muscle. It sounds funny but he says whenever he goes gym he doesnt know where to start, what to do and how many reps and so on. I dont know coz i aint no trainer so i need some answers plz... He wants to follow a boxers work out plan. So he wants to know what to do e.g. what to start with, how many times to pick it up then moving to a slighly higher weight and so on.
