  • What system should I purchase? Xbox 360 or PS3?

Was wondering what system I should purchase? I only play sports games and racing games. And a new World of Outlaw racing game is coming out for both systems. With all the problems I've heard 360 having, I still like the graphics and gameplay a little better than PS3. I just wonder what system would better suit me?

  • When will Boise State get some love in the BCS?

Cincinnati, TCU, and Iowa all took a few years to get their respected programs on track to a winning season. Boise State has been doing well over the past several years and can't get any love from the BCS. All other teams leap right over Boise State. I know the WAC isn't that dominant of a conference, but come on. Will they be in a BCS game if the rest of the unbeatens go unbeaten? I'd like to see the Boise get some love soon, those boys have been working their butts off.

  • Eat well, and stay active, how do I cure hunger?

I was about 330lbs a year ago. I'm now down to 240lbs and fluctuating up and down. I've been getting hungry a lot now. I wake up, eat a bowl of cereal and some fruit. I eat a pretty good lunch, triscuits, fruit, yogurt and some sort of bar. And for dinner I eat usually chicken, fish, meat, or salad. I drink plenty water through the day and workout. I've been getting hungry all the time now. And I can't stop eating! What can I do?

  • Talking about the future in a relationship?

I'm a 23 year old college student and my g/f is a 24 y/o teacher. We've been together 3 months, I know it's a young relationship. She recently asked me about marriage and children. I said I would like them, but I don't know when. She was upset by that. I told her I want to graduate, work, pay off some loans, buy a house and maybe buy a vehicle. Maybe that's being selfish, but I can't see supporting each other when we both have school loans to pay off. You can't purchase things on hopes and dreams, and bills have to be paid. She says I'm to much into money, but I think I'm looking at the future logistically. Together our school loans would equal 80000, plus a mortgage, insurance, vehicles...it's not feasible to get married. Neither of us can do it anytime soon. Plus I wouldn't mind buying a newer vehicle once I graduate, just for myself. How do I deal with this? I love being with her, and I can see her as a wife, but I don't know when. I know women take the whole marriage thing more serious than guys, and I'm understanding to her with that. I just don't know how I should handle it with her? Should I end something wonderful because I'm unsure when I want to get married?

  • Can I turn off my Facbook for a few weeks?

I need to turn off my facebook for a few weeks. Is there a way I can turn it all off and not lose anything once I turn it back on? Or a way to block my facebook off so my friends can't see my profile?

  • Relationships and Christianity?

When dealing with relationships, both friendships and love, why do you feel it's important to befriend and date fellow Christians? I have my Christian friends and I have my non-Christian friends. I could never and will never say one is better than the other, but fellow Christians have told me that I need to stop being around my non-Christian friends. They say it makes me "less Christian," which makes no sense, as I don't change when I'm around either. And when it comes to dating, I've date both as well. And I can say that some of the non-Christians were better to me than the Christians and vice-versa. Also, my lifestyle is one that doesn't allow me to be around Christians. I'm a college student in a "party school," I play hockey in school, and my job is one that doesn't allow me to be around Christians either. My non-Christian friends doesn't affect my faith. They haven't diverted me down a bad path. In fact, most of them are actually supportive of my faith. So what's some of your opinions on this fact? I know I'm not the only Christian that deals with this. Does it make me "less Christian" because I'm not around them all the time? It kind of irritates me that my Christian friends say this. And if you're anti-religion, please don't comment.

  • Why does she keep contacting me?

My ex g/f broke up with me a little over a month ago. She broke up with me and a few weeks later she was in another relationship. All is well and fine with me, but she keeps contacting me. Any ideas why? That whole still being friends thing isn't exactly a possibility. The break didn't go well. Though she keeps contacting me. Out of sight out of mind works for me, but when she keeps contacting me, it's not out of mind. Why would she keep contacting me? And what should I do?

  • I'm on a good diet, but the scale isn't moving?

I'm on a good diet. Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, skim milk. Snack: Oranges. Lunch: salad or tuna fish with some sort of fruit. Snack: some sort of special K bar or fruit. Dinner: Salad, or chicken or fish. Snack: protein shake. I'm doing cardio for roughly a half hour a day, with a good weight lifting plan. Unfortunately, the scale isn't moving, in fact it's actually increased a pound from 3 days ago. I've heard "don't weigh yourself," but guess what; I do and won't change that because that's how weight is calculated. What is going on? What am I doing wrong? What else can I do? If the problem persists, I will be going on Hydroxy cut soon.

  • I'm losing weight quickly, is it bad?

I'm on a healthy diet plan, 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day. I'm over weight, but not to the point of being obese. However, I'm losing weight quickly, 4-5lbs a week. I was told quick weight loss is bad, but I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't under eat, I'm never starving, and I do workout. I was told rapid weight loss is bad, but I can't help it. Should I do something different, or is this perfectly fine?

  • Why did the clock keep running once the receiver went out of bounds?

I was watching the Miami/Baltimore game and around 3:00 minutes in the 3rd, a Miami receiver caught the ball and went out of bounds around the 24 of Baltimore. The ref came over and spun his arm to signify the clock won't stop. Why is this?

  • How to determine if she likes ?

I'm horribly oblivious to determining a females attraction to me. I've lived my whole life on a hockey rink, not really bothered by a girl. Until now! I recently asked her to a hockey game and dinner. We chatted it up all night. I dropped her off, and on my way home she texted me about having such a great time. Then she said that we'll have to go skating one time. We didn't talk the next day then she texted me again saying how she went and practiced skating for when we go. My question: should I take this in a friendly aspect, or should I just pursue it? Women are so hard to read! And it's especially bad when you've got an idiot like myself. I hate sounding cheesy on Y/A, but hey, desperate times call for desperate measures!

  • I ordered something from ?

I ordered hockey tickets on ebay. The guy said that he would ship them out on December 12, it's now the 18th. The game is Saturday December 20th. Should I start getting worried about getting my tickets? Or am I just stressing!

  • What's missing in NASCAR?

I've been a stock car fan all of my life. This is the first time the NASCAR season came to an end, and I really don't care. I've failed to watch a race flag to flag this year. I never went to a race, first time in 15 years. I probably didn't even turn the tv on for at least 16 races this year. I had more fun at the local dirt tracks, Eldora and The Dirt Track at Lowes for the World Finals than I ever could of had at a NASCAR race. Races have numerous empty seats scattered throughout them. Ratings have dropped over the years. I know I'm not the only one that feels like this too. What's happening in NASCAR that's pushing fans away?

  • How to choose a bible for someone?

I'm going to start off first by being apologetic, but religion is something I know very little about. As I grew older, and started meeting new individuals, I've become more into my religion, Christianity. I started attending services with some college friends, and now I'm interested in reading the bible. How do I choose a translation that will be easy for me to understand?

  • How do I hook up my surround sound to vzw fios hd box and 360?

I hooked up my cable box to my HDMI on my flat screen. I hooked up my 360 to my component on my flat screen. My surround sound and my cable box both have an optical digital sound output, but the 360 doesn't, and neither does the television. How do I hook everything up so that I can use my surround sound? My tv has an AV1 and 2, 2 hdmis, and one component for HD. My surround sound has 2 audio ins and one audio out. And my cable box has a few of each. The only problem with hooking up 360 to the cable box, is there is no HD slots for it.

  • Anyone good on hooking up electronics???? TV/video game/ surround sound/ and cable box?

I just got my HDTV cable box installed today, and I'm pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to hooking stuff up. The cable box, being HD, runs into my tv's component due to the HD. My PS2 hooks up to my av/2 and my xbox360 hooks up to my av1. How in the world do I hook my surround sound up, so that I can listen to it while watching movies or playing games? I also want it so that if I need to keep it quite, I can still listen to the regular tv speakers.

  • I'm trying to shed some unwanted LBs, but is this an incorrect way of doing it?

I'm trying my hardest to lose some unwanted pounds. Struggling a bit, but all in all, it's going well. I'm not on a strict diet plan, basically because I'm a college student/athlete, and it's rather hard to set a strict time for a regular eating schedule. I'm doing a regular schedule for a cardio workout, but I don't want to lose my strength, and I'm keeping a vigorous weight routine. I was told that's bad because muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm 6'4 265, so obviously I have more fat than muscle on me anyways. So I guess I'm asking is it bad to continue a hard weight training workout while I'm trying to lose some weight?

  • Some dog help please?

Ok, so I've had my English pointer for a couple months now. She's 6 months old. She's pretty good for the most part. House trained very easy, she sits well, but that's about it. She can't walk on a leash, regardless of the methods I've tried. She can't go off the leash, or she'll never come back. She doesn't come. Now I've worked very hard with her. An hour everyday, give or take a day. Positive reinforcement, through petting and praise (sorry, I hate treat training, it's just a lazy way of training a dog). My next move will be an e-collar. As she'll need to be hunting here very soon. How do I get this dog under my power? Any help is appreciated.
