I am 57 and have had Multiple Sclerosis for 15 years. As a result my strength and balance is not good. I actually have a gym membership. I can do a treadmill walking for 15 minutes. I would like to lose weight (40 lbs.) and gain leg strength. Any tips or suggestions on diet or exercise are welcome. I am also vegetarian.
