I started self-harming, and I need to hide my cuts fast. It's summer here and very hot so I can't wear long sleeves all the time. Also I'm in a play, and almost every costume is short-sleeved. What can I do to heal them at least a little in like maybe a week? They're really bad and noticable. Help!

I've been thinking about it and decided I really want to travel to Greece. From what I've seen and heard I think it seems like a very beautiful place. But is it safe to travel there right now? If so, where should I go to stay the safest?

I forgot you aren't supposed to refrigerate cans, so I put a can of soup into the refrigerator. I realized after about half an hour, so I took it out. Is it still safe to eat if it's only been in there for half an hour?

I tend to bite my lips a lot. I bit them so hard and so much last night, that it left a bump. When I woke up, it was way worse. There is a huge, ugly, noticeable bump on the end of my bottom lip. How can I take care of this and make it go away?
