I am not working anymore because I was diagnosed with a disease and can't work now, I was sued and lost with my Student Loans and the Student Loan Corps is trying to freeze my bank account and garnish my husband's wages. I heard that they can't do that in the State of Texas, but can they?? He doesn't owe the loan and he his money is all that we have. We are living pay check to pay check. So, can they freeze my account and garnish his wages when he had nothing to do with my student loans?

The policy was set effected yesterday and they are now asking to sign a paper or get fired. Can they do this?

can they do that? can if I am in a Month to Month no contract with no signature, but I lived there before with my lease expiring 11/30/2009. I need some help quick because we are planning on moving out 12/30/09 and I wanted to give them a 30 day notice and they wouldn't except it. They forced me to sign a 60 day notice!

I have been taking Synthroid off and on for five years. I forget to take my pill and I have been off of my Synthroid for a long time now. I can't afford to go to the doctor and can't afford my medicine. I just want to know what kind of things can happen to me if I don't take the pill or if I have been taking it off and on. Can it hurt my kidney's? What can happen to me?

I am looking to buy Jonas Brother tickets for my children for their concert in Houston and I will buy the tickets for $20 to $30 dollars a ticket, but not if they are high up seats those tickets are $16 dollars a seat and that is all I will pay for those! I am not paying $500 a seat for a concert. That is ridiculous. I know the people who are selling these tickets did not pay that much for these tickets price gouging like this should be illegal. So if you have four tickets for $20 to $30 dollars please let me know. I am willing to buy them!

I was asked to revise my FMLA papers because I am pregnant, and I am ok with doing that, but they want me to take off of work and not come back to work until it is done. I disobeyed them because I feel that I shouldn't be forced to use my FMLA unpaid days to get this taken care of, and now they are saying they are going to write me up for not following supervisor's orders. I think that they are not allowed to make me use unpaid FMLA days to get this done, so I don't understand why they would do this to me.

I am so ready to have this baby...what can I do to start labor? Walking is out of the question since I live in Houston and it is HOT too hot for me to walk. I am in a lot of pain...my back is hurting...I am only dialated by 2cm right now.

I am feeling nauseated, headache, passed clear discharge...doctor measured me yesterday and he said that I am measuring 39 weeks. I have no fever, but feel really bad. I am really tired...lower back pain. I already called the doctor's office and I am waiting on a call back. Just wanted to know what everyone else thinks? Doctor said we would do an ultrasound next Friday to see if I am dialating and if they baby is big, like 7 to 8 lbs already.

The discharge that you will have when you are about to give birth? I have been trying to call the doctor and get them to call me back, but they haven't yet. They just opened an hour ago and are probably busy. I am worried that I beginning pre term labor.

When is it good to take off for bed rest, if you aren't having any complications and you don't have any FMLA benefits (meaning I won't get paid to be off). I am 32 weeks today and my c-section is scheduled for August 21st. I have two weeks paid vacation, but want to save that for when I am in the hospital. My short term disabilty doesn't kick in until being out of work for at least 30 days. Also, I live in Houston, TX...I work for Child Protective Services (HIGHLY STRESSED!) I work on the SOUTH side and live on the Northwest side...it is an hour and half commute to and from work every day!!! Should I use the two weeks before the 21st of August or should I save it for when I go in for my c-section?

When do you normally start hurting in the hips? At what week? I am 28 weeks and will be 29 weeks soon, but the doctor thinks that maybe I am futher along than what we thought and I might be due in July...what do you guys think? I find out on June 20th the day of my next Ultrasound and next appointment with him. My hips are hurting when I walk and just started hurting like this on Tuesday. Just wanted to know what you guys thought.

I am scared....I am due to have my C-Section on August 20th and I had one 9 years ago. I keep thinking something bad is going to happen...and I don't want to think like that, but what are the chances I could die from a C-Section now days? What can happen with Anesthesia? What can it do to me? If I already had a C-Section and had no problems then, everything should be ok right? I told my husband and my dad my concerns, but they thought I was joking...but I am seriously scared!

I am 7 months pregnant and CAN NOT get any sleep. I toss and turn so that I won't lay on my back. I laid on my back with my first one, but for some reason every one says not to lay on my back. So, I am really not getting any sleep at night at all. I have a body pillow and my husband hates it! I just want to know what position is best for you...someone else told me that laying on your left side is bad, but I don't know why either! It seems so complicated to try to get a good nights sleep!!!

Around 4 pm tonight my son was complaining from his side hurting. I brushed it off since he was sleeping and I thought that maybe he slept wrong. Then an hour later I asked him if it hurt when he would breathe...he said yes. It is 10:15 and I went in his room about 10 minutes ago and asked him if he was still in pain and he sat up and said yes and it hurts worse. My mom and dad say it is Bercitis (not sure if this is how you spell it), but I am worried it isn't....does anyone have any suggestions on what this might be? I plan on taking him to the ER, but since he doesn't have a fever...I figured it can't be that serious. Please serious answers only! Thanks.

I am looking for a baby girl name that starts with the letter 'A' and I am looking for something cute and unusual. It has to go with the middle name Nicole! I am NOT changing the middle name. I had a name picked out, but I just want some more names to work with. I prefer it start with the letter 'A' and the four names we can't use are Abigail (my niece), Alexis (my god-daughter), Ashley (my husband's ex-wife's new baby's name), and Amber (husband's ex wife's name) I don't want to use any of those...Please help if you can thanks!

I am 26 weeks and my back is hurting like hell. Lower back...my husband will rub my back, but during the day when he is at work and I am at work...I can't seem to go on because it hurts so bad. Any suggestions on what to do to relieve the pain? Just curious.

My husband I found out that I am having a girl...thank GOD, because he wanted his son named after him and I am not even going there!!!! I refuse to even tell you guys what his name is, ok ok it is Clyde Earl....so he wanted a Clyde Earl Jr. HELL NO!!! But he came up with a girl name that I actually like...Aleya` Nicole pronounced A-LEE-A...I wanted her to have the same initials as me and have my middle name. So what do you think fo Aleya` Nicole?
