  • BMW 330d-335d E90 convertible?

    Hi

I'm thinking of buying an e90 convertible. Had a 330d or 335d in mind. Has anyone on here owned one or know about them? Are they a good buy or would you avoid? Anything to look out for when buying a used one of these?

I'm looking to buy one second hand, prob a few years old with low mileage. Still looking around for the right one.

    Appreciate any comments you have.

  • VW stereo instalation?

    Hi

I've bought a VW Passat on a 2002 plate. The car came with a radio and climatronic in the dash. I've bought a single cd player (vw stock model) but need to know how to install the cd player so all three (radio, cd and climatronic) are all connected.

There is storage space underneath the radio, but it is not big enough to accommodate the cd player.

    Any ideas? Thanks

  • How to best eat six meals a day?

I'm desperately trying to put on weight and have been told by many people that eating six meals a day is the way forward. I eat practically everything, so what are the best things to eat and at what time etc?

Also, which protein supplement works best? I've tried N-large 2, which worked well. I'm now trying Maximuscle progain, but its protein per serving is low in comparison to the former supplement.

    Cheers

  • bmw 3 series lack of grip?

I've bought a bmw 3 series and its grip on the motorway is really poor when there's a slight gust of wind. I've bought new rear tires, Bridgestone. The front have loads of tread and are okay, but are a different make. However, the new tires have made little difference.

Is there anything I can do to stop it from dancing down the motorway??? I've got the ASC traction control switched on permanently!!

    Cheers

  • BMW e46 (2001) water leak?

Hi I bought a BMW 3 series (e46) and my water light comes on every other day. I end up topping it up with coolant, but this seems to only last for two days and then it evaporates! I've changed the filler cap, so no issues there. I drive about 130 miles every weekday. Any ideas?

I'm going to try holts rad weld plus and see if that does the trick.

    Cheers

  • Dating after a long term relationship?

My ex girlfriend and I broke up after being together for about 5 years and I'm finding it real hard to start dating.

We broke up a while ago and are talkin to each other, we broke up mutually cause we kept arguing all the time. So it was good for us both. Our biggest problem was that she was head strong and I was chilled out so when we argued I just didn't want to.

Since we broke up to now I've made changes and am a lot more confident, which my ex finds wierd because she wasn't used to it before. Strangest part is we're more compatible than before.

For some reason I'm finding it so hard to meet someone when I'm out. I'm a confident guy and always have a good time when I'm out, but when it comes to starting a conversation with someone I find attractive I get nervous and bottle it.

Before my long term relationship I flirted like there was tomorrow and never realised I was doing it simply because I was just being me and by flirting I mean chatting and getting to know that person because I'm actually genuinly interested in listening. But now, I just don't get what's stopping me.

The only time I feel comfortable is when a girl makes eye contact with me and smiles. If they don't I get nervous. I don't know if it's the thought of being rejected...

It's been a while since my ex and I split up and to be honest I get upset at times that I don't know what to do to become my old happy self. I never make it my intention to go out on the prowl and simply go out to have a good time with my mates. But when I come home alone I do feel lonely.

Has anyone else felt like this and what did u do?

  • New and first puppy!?

I'm seriously thinking about adopting/buying a lil pup. Got my heart set on a white german shepard. I've looked on epupz and local shelter websites, but was wondering if there are any other sites I could go to (based in England)?

Also, what are the implications of owning a pet dog especially a pup? How much does it cost to feed them; how much do they tend to eat in one day; how often do I need to take them to the vet; how do you house train them; at what age can I take them for a walk and for a jog/run; should I be worried that my neighbour has two mid to adult sized dogs; and anything else I might have not asked? lol

There is plenty space in our garden to build a kennel and for the dog to walk around in, although I would keep the pup indoors til it can live outdoors. What age would a dog be ready to live outdoors?

I appreciate I have asked a fair few questions, but I'm hoping there are some dog lovers out there who could offer me some advise!!

Thanks, I look forward to reading your suggestions.
