My cousin needs his passport to pursue a temporary out of town job with his company but he owes child support arrears. He came up with the money to pay them completely off but obviously the child support system doesn't know what they re doing. He had a levy on his savings account so he put the $7,000 owed in there they instantly took it but then put it right back a week later, he called his worker and the state level agency and they claim they don t know what happened but they ll call him back, after hearing the same thing 5 times now and never getting a call back he s looking for other options. What is the fastest way to pay off the arrears?

I am curious if a bi or lesbian woman can 'sense' if a woman is also bi or lesbian?

So when I was younger around fifteen years old or so I made out with another girl and that was it though secretly I wanted much more but was to embarrassed to ask. I am am going through a divorce where my husband is going back to his ex which he has two previous children with who are both under 16, who he never had a child support order for either. We have four children together, will him having to take care of two minor children at home who are his affect the child support amount I will receive? I am getting different answers from the child support office.

If someone has been paying his court ordered child support amount then he gets a different job where health insurance was available so the court then orders that he has to have and keep health insurance on the children also. Would the child support amount then reflect the expenses he has to pay for them due to the court ordered health insurance? Could he file to modify the amount paid based on this?

I am just curious because a co worker's ex claimed that if he gave her his '69 Corvette she would drop the arrears he owed in child support. Of course he didn't do it since the corvette was worth more than the what was owed on the arrears (he also later sold it to pay off all arrears in full). Question 2: But was she able to actually drop the arrears? She and the kids were on Medicaid and food stamps only, no TANF.

Question 2: Could arrears be adjusted if someone never filed to modify? Such as if they quit their job and went 'on the run' while working a minimum wage under the table job? Is it even possible to adjust those arrears since he did not file to modify?

I ask this because I have a complex ovarian cyst, my doctor has no idea how long it has been there because it took a few months fighting with my general doctor, then my insurance company for a ultrasound (makes no sense) but I have been in pain for 6 months constantly. Well I gained about 20 pounds pretty quickly and it is not like me at all, I exercise everyday, eat right and I have always been between 119-124 besides pregnancy. With my weight gain though I notice that I only gained weight in the area's I did with both of my pregnancy's, mostly my thighs , my hips and a little on my stomach. So I wonder, can a complex ovarian cyst trick your body to believe it is pregnant, therefore leads to the weight gain and in those usual pregnancy related area's for the weight gain?

Ok who has the right of way in this scenario:

A simple two laned road with also turning lane to go into and out of the gas station. One car trying to turn left OUT of the gas station parking lot and one car in the turning lane trying to turn LEFT INTO the gas station?

I told my brother it was the car in the actual turning lane trying to turn into the gas station but he wants to be so adament that it's the car waiting to turn left out of the gas station, smh!

Firstly, I DID go to my doc and we are finally going through a round of some tests so this is more of a 'what it could be' search. I am 23, I recently gained 17 lbs in 6 weeks! I was always the same size since I was like 15 so this is really not like me at all, and I eat right, work out as well. Also every since the weight gain started I noticed I'd get bloated very easy, and my abdomen would hurt terrible off and on with no real trigger, just random. Finally, after 2months fighting with my health insurance company they approved for me to get a ultrasound and I find the results out next week. What do you think it could be?

As in do they base it off of the gross income of their services even though their employer gets the rest? Or do they only base it off of what they get personally? hmmm

I recently became self employed, I pay 'booth rent' weekly at 100 week. I live in North Carolina, I am wondering what is the percentage rate of ALL taxes that need to be taken out so I don't end up owing? Just a round about answer is fine.

My two sons and I went to the store today and as we were looking at christmas presents for their grandma and manager at the store proceeds to say very loudly "Get out of here, I thought I told you to get out of here and never come back." Everyone was staring at us, I asked her what she was talking about and she said that "I told you and YOUR son to never come back here again after we caught you and YOUR son stealing christmas ornaments." And when she said "your son" she pointed and looked directly at my little 4 year old boy while giving him a mean look. She said it happened in the past week but I have not been anywhere near there anyways because we have been sick. She then seemed to get an even bigger attitude and said "well, I'm going to check my camera's because I have it on camera." I told her to go ahead because it isn't us and that I usually come in there quite often spending over $50 each time. Finally she just let me finish shopping after her final snort of "you must have a twin, I'm checking my camera's!." and I left. It wasn't until I got in the car and was leaving did my 4 year old asked me "why was she yelling at me? mommy was I bad?" Then he asked what stealing is. It breaks my heart, he is very upset about it.

A puppy I rescued has lumps on her tail and hair loss is only on those spots. I have treated for ringworm, thinking it may be that, and it isn't. You can easily feel the 'lumps' on her tail and you can see them from a close distance. Anyone have any clue as to what they may be?
