I have a4.3 v6 2x2 97. I put a new engine in it about 3 years ago, only 20k miles. it s got a rebuilt trans and all new sensors, new gaskets, pumps, basically new everything. when I accelerate the truck gas a weird ticking noise. the second I take my foot off the pedal it stops. it s hard to tell if it changes with the rpm. if I rev it in neutral nothing happens. the truck seems to drive and accelerate fine, and doesn t have any other problems aside from a new oil leak where the drive shaft means the trans. it s just a weird noise. stranger, when it started a couple weeks ago, it was a fluttering noise (card in bike spokes) and this morning turned into a tick. It sounds like it s coming from right underneath my feet when I drive. it goes away at guiding speed as well.

Where would a case be tried if a texas person was kidnapped by a Californian and taken to Mexico, or Canada?

Could it theoretically be tried in Texas state or federal, California federal, or even a court not in this country?

I was playing Runescape several hours ago when my computer froze. Cntrl Alt Delete wasn't working so I had to turn off the computer manually. However, my runescape still claims I'm logged in despite my not being able to get into it. How long should it take for me to be auto logged out of the lobby? Or should I contact Jagex?

Hi. I just turned 18, and there is a 30 year old man at my workplace. Everytime this man talks to me ( I NEVER initiate conversation) he is venting about how much he suffers and why he believes he should never be happy. I tried to brush him off at work the other day, and told him I would talk to him after. I did, and he brought up the possibility of us dating. "On the way off, super way way way incredibly small chance that we end up with a relationship.. here are some things I'd like you to know about me...." along with his constantly telling me how I am just a child, a "baby" i'm hardly 18 and this is creeping me out so much. I can't bear the thought of going into work tomorrow but this isn't explicit harassment and I'm somewhat new to the job (7 months verses his 8 years.) I feel inferior.. I feel like throwing up.. Is this enough for me to report?

I currently play runescape 3 and 07 but I'm finding myself quite bored with them. What are some games that are similar to them in their sandbox style freedom?

I have a 1997 Chevy S10 pickup, thats an automatic.

Over the course of the last year my dad and I have completely redone this thing with the help of a bus mechanic. (almost everything has been replaced aside from the transmission, intake system, gas tank, and maybe a few sensors here or there.) A couple weeks ago we put in a refurbished engine and it runs beautifully. However, when I go to start this truck up in cold weather, it starts really really rough, and sometimes it lurches forward a few feet if I don't give it at least 15 minutes to warm up. Like I said, the transmission and intake system haven't been replaced or really looked at.

As I mentioned before, we put a new engine in. After we put this engine in something started rattling. We replaced one of the pullies and it was EXTREMELY worn. The rattling got quieter, but it seems to change pitch when I put the truck in reverse. However, when the truck downshifts, the tempo of the rattling doesn't change significantly. This rattling leads me to believe it might be the transmission that's a problem, when it engages with the new engine.

One final thing is when I go to start it up, in could weather, once I finally get it started up it's REALLY REALLY REALLY LOUD and sounds like an air conditioning system. Once it warms up it gets much quieter. I don't know if that's significant at all, but it's just another tid bit of information.

Based on these symptoms can anyone help make a diagnosis?

I am a senior in highschool and graduating in June. I am planning on going to crafton hills for two years to get my general classes out of the way then going to another school to major in some sort of social historical science. I'm going to a JC first because I can't afford a university right off. Am I doing this right? I'm extremely confused and have even heard rumors some kids get stuck at Junior colleges for four years trying to get all their general classes in. Is that true? Any info you can give would be extremely helpful

I'm 17 and starting to look for a job. I am still in highschool, and confused by the whole work permit process. Can someone please explain it all to me?
