critisms or potential changes to this policy?

My ex broke up with me end of june. He was contemplating on breaking up with me for month since he found out he was going away for law school. I wanted to make it work very badly but i knew that he wanted to be single when we went away. We broke up but then we would get back together and it would be a cycle. Thats what our whole relationship was. We would say its over, he would go makeout with other girls and then he would see me at a bar and we would go home together. This was my first boyfriend and first everything. He was never a relationship type of person and always into going out with his friends and meeting new people. He has had sex with 25 people before he met me. It took him 9 months to finally ask me to be his girlfriend. Its been two months since we have broken up and I am still extremely depressed. I constantly am thinking about him and am constantly checking his instagram to see the new girls hes meeting away at school. I have never felt good enough for him and seeing that he is meeting all these girls is making things worse. My biggest fear is how I will be when he comes back from school in 2 months for winter break. We go to the same bars and I already know I wont be able to handle seeing him. i messaged him two weeks ago because a girl came up to me at the bar and told me my ex was trying to talk to her and when she asked if he has exes she needs to worry about he mentioned my name and spoke badly of me. out of anger i texted him but never got a response.

I m not a very religious person but I do believe in God . At work I have a couple who is very religious and all about God. One man told me how he met god and a lot of history about Christianity . I went home and to sleep and I had a dream that the devil was hovering above me while I was laying down and it felt like he was reaching into my soul . And he told me that the only place I will find god is in hell . I know you guys might say that this may have happened because I am trying to find a way to God but I have been going to my own temple , I m Sikh, for years and very much believe in god and have been in tune with him so I don t understand why all of a sudden the devil would appear in my dreams . Please help . This was the most terrifying nightmare I have had

I got a haircut but I still saw split ends and then I started using REGULAR scissors to cut my hair. I realized I needed hair shears so I got those but my hair still is getting split ends. Am i just supposed to trim the split part because I dont even know how far my split ends have gone up. If I only cut off the split ends of my hair will the hair still split. Do you think the hair shears I got from sally's arent sharp enough?

I wash my hair and use a deep conditioning treatment every other day and I flat iron my hair every other day as well...... I also use volumizing products . My hair wasnt that thick but it wasnt too bad. Now its reallllllyyy thin and I HATE it. what can i do to regain thickness and stop my hair from falling out

I have discoloration all around my mouth area. In pictues it shows really bad and its really embarrassing. Its like greenish brownish. Im tan and i hate it. I want to cry because it makes me look like I have a shadow or something. Is there any treatment that ACTUALLY WORKS. I dont want to spend a lot of money and then have it not work.
