cheap hospital for baby delivery in the east coast?

Hi All, if someone can please help me find a good hospital in the east coast that would have reasonable rates for Cesarean section? i do not have insurance and would not want to use Medicaid as I can afford to pay but not as much as 10T lols... I heard Christiana Hospital in Delaware is good but any estimates in any east coast state and how much it'll cost?

I am a Filipina, not a US resident planning to take the US Uniform CPA Board Exam, because I plan of someday practising Accounting in the US.

I know that there are specific requirements for every state before you are allowed to take the CPA Exams. I am thinking of applying to the NY Board of Accountancy.

Ive read their requirements and I am not sure if I need to have further studies before I am allowed to take the exam.

Anyways, for those who took it, especially foreigners who were allowed to take it:

Is it hard?

Is there any state that will allow me to take the exam bearing only my outstanding Philippine CPA title and my CIA? or do i really have to attend a formal study, say, on taxation?

I am a Filipina with a Philippine CPA license and is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, international designation for internal auditors.)

I am also working on getting my Certified Fraud Examiner's license.

I have at least 2 years banking and external audit experience.

I'd be willing to take care of the visa costs if needed.
