What I got was 45. What the marking scheme said was 46. It looks like they added the OH at the end separately, so they got 1 more than what I got for molar mass... If there are any chemists out there, could you help me out here please?

I did this experiment on which cup is the best insulator in science. The candidates were Polystyrene, China, Copper, Plastic and Glass. According to my results, I found out that Polystyrene is the best insulator and China is the worst, with Plastic being the second worse.

I want to know WHY china is a bad insulator, Polystyrene is a bad insulator and if you could talk about the other cups too, that would be very very helpful.

Health and Social Care BTEC, Art BTEC, French and History as my options..

Now i have to choose what to take at college and I haven't a clue. Pleassee help.. I know I want to take Biology and maybe Chemistry, but I heard that you need maths to get into med school, but I hate it and reaaally don't wanna take it. My teachers send some past papers for us to revise on and they are calles P3( Non-calc) and P4(Calc- this may not be relevant, but may help you to know what kind of papers I'm talking about.

I'm in Yr 11 at the moment. I'm thinking about what I would like to take up as a career and medicine is constantly popping up. I'm not sure which branch to go into or anything. If you could suggest some ideas, that would be very helpful. Could you tell me what type of GCSEs i would be needing as well. I'll be applying for college in about 2 months and could you advise me on what type of subjects to take if i wanted to take a path in medicine and what grades i need. Also, how long does med students normally spend in university and all the stages that leads to somebody being qualified as a doctor.

Overall, some information relating to the qualifications and skills i need to go into medicine. This is really important and I looked at the NHS website, but would like more information, preferably from somebody who actually has experience.
