Ok so a little background info is that there is this high school I really wanted to go to but my mom wanted me to go to my siblings' hs but I didn't want to go to that one what so ever. So now I'm going to the hs I like but it sorta has a reputation for like alcohol and drugs but not rly and I mean what hs doesn't have their problems. So anyways my mom thinks that something bad will happen if I go to Hoco or like any school related event (outsides clubs/sports). Her one condition that I could go was that I had to go with my brother's (who doesn't go to my hs) best friend (who does go to my hs) because she trusts that guy but I'm a freshman and he's a junior and like I don't even know him and like neither does my mom but she wants him to "escort" me and like supervise (aka babysit) me. I don't know what to do but I rly want to go cus I want to hang out with my friends and have a good time. Should I ask him if he'd be willing to like idk just take me but not like as a date date or should I just not go because I know I'm my mom would not budge. Thanks :/

Ok so I'm 13 and want to go vegan because I have done research and I know the facts of it and going vegan would be so much more healthier for me and I truly think it would benefit me. But here's the thing, my mom thinks that I don't eat and that I starve myself (which is NOT true) so I feel like she'll think I'm doing this to try and lose weight and she won't support me. I told her I was thinking of going vegan about 6 months ago and she completely laughed me off and thought I was joking even though I was being completely serious and she didn't even care to notice it. The reason I need her to support me in doing this is because otherwise she will force me eat non-vegan and I need her to understand I am being serious. Literally like all the time she makes me overeat when I am completely full because she thinks I don't eat and am starving myself but like I said before I'm NOT. I have literally thrown up in front of her because she kept telling me to eat even though I literally couldn't yet she just ignored this and continues to. I am doing this to benefit my health and me and I just need advice on how to tell her and get her to support me, thanks :)

So I was just wondering you opinion about wearing a shirt that says "nuggs not drugs" to school. Do you think I would get in trouble for wearing that because in our handbook it says "Students may not wear garments or jewelry depicting any alcohol or tobacco brands/products or other drugs." but the shirt only has a pic of chicken nuggets, so would I get in trouble or "dresscoded" (also I'm a girl but aside from the writing it's an appropriate shirt)
