Hi, I want to download a new version of ITunes to my new laptop and then use my Iphone 3GS with it, can I do this easy enough? Obviously I don't want to lose my contacts, apps, music, podcasts etc that are currently on my Iphone, how do I do this? I will struggle to get the Itunes which had all this music etc on as it is on my old laptop which is at my Mums.

I recently set up an Amazon seller account (in the UK). I have just found out I have sold a book which I was pleased about. However my email from Amazon says postage money is £3.34, when in fact the buyer is in Italy, and this is a heavy, hardcover book which will cost me up to ten pounds. Is there any rules etc around overseas buyers? It means I won't get nearly as much as I'd have hoped for the book.

I have videoed a short interview with someone on my Iphone, I want to now publish this on a website, however I need help with editing. The volume of my voice (asking the questions) is very loud as I am holding the Iphone, whereas the interviewee is relatively quiet, can I level these out using some editing software? And any advice of free software to do this? I would also like to insert some text against a black background at the beginning of the clip too if that is possible?

I am a complete beginner so the more straightforward the answer the better please!

Please help, i just upgraded to Iphone 3gs (there seems no real instructions with the box, which amazed me?!) but figured out with the help of youtube how to insert my Sim, have now done that, but my contacts are nowhere to be seen? They are saved onto my Sim for sure rather than phone, so where are they? Thank you!

Coming from the UK, I am really confused why so many Americans are so against Obama's health reforms. I'm not having a go or being contentious here, I am generally puzzled why so many people are against something that will mean millions more fellow Americans can be healthy and cared for? Are the Americans that keen to look after number 1?? Is that it? Am I missing something?

Hi I am soon to be upgrading my mobile phone contract to an iphone or similar, but all the contracts nowadays are 18 or 24 months, I am moving to Spain in 6-12 months, what will happen to my contract? Am I better off getting pay-as-you go? Or can a contract be transferred?

Please help! I have been contemplating doing a TEFL course for some time now, and packing in my job of 5 years and going and teaching in Spain or South America. Would you recommend it? I am 27, my job in London is currently fairly well paid but it is not the pay I am bothered about.

My girlfriend who I live with is also keen and would join me, and hopefully we'd find a flat together. Can you also tell me, is the work hard? I am not the biggest fan of presenting to big groups, but if I know what I'm talking about, then I feel a bit more comfortable??

I really want a nice plant/tree that I can keep indoors that will grow fruit or veg or anything to eat! Please does anyone have any advice on what I could keep?
