Yesterday my Pug 307 hdi would not start. The breakdown guy told me i needed a new battery, i got it today and put it in but, hey the car still wont start.

Could it be a problem with the glow-plugs, as the light doesnt stay on long at all for them to warm up.

This is my first diesel car any advice would be helpful.

Hiya, I bought a brand new LCD TV with built in freeview a couple of days ago, problem is that I have to scan for channels every time I put the tv on (even from stand by)

It finds all available channels and the signal seems strong, but as I say it "forgets" them every time.

The tv is in my bedroom and I'm using the same amplified indoor aerial as I did with my previous freeview tv, which didn't have this problem.

Any advice, fixes or ideas appreciated

Thats 4 times this afternoon already, its only been here on Y!A. Anyone else been getting this, or know why it's happening?

My garden backs on to a field, I've a problem with wild rabbits burrowing under my lawn.

Does anyone have any good ideas how I might dissuade them from doing this? No one say shoot them or anything ugly like that! I dont mind them helping me keep grass short, just the lumps and bumps they make, so want to try and keep them away but mostly to stop them digging burrows under my garden.

when I need the toilet, I undo my jeans then find I've walked through to the kitchen by mistake, I was having a bath just now and the water was too hot so I put on what I thought was the cold tap but it was more hot water I was putting in, and in a public loo, I went in the cubicle then flushed it because I thought I was finished I hadn't even sat down yet.

My slimline PS2 is not loading games, it'll play an audio cd no problem and when I put in a game it recognises that its a PS2 game but will not load. I have tried standing it up and turning it over, I have also put a lens cleaner through it. Please give me any ideas on solutions
