A neighbor goes round the hood and if he sees a cat, he'll call animal control and report strays, even though it's my cat, and the cat wears a collar, and the cat is only outside and in the street in front of my house when I'm outside.

If my cat get's caught by animal control, I have to pay $100 to have it released.

Questions regarding some facebook functions on yahoo answers are evidently not tolerated. Why is that? If I cannot have a question regarding facebook answered through yahoo answers, why should I tolerate either?
