  • How to increase fanbase for Everett rock band?

I'm in a band located about 35 minutes from Seattle Washington and we're having trouble growing our fanbase. Because of this it is hard to book shows because of our low draw and hard to make any money as a band. We have been playing for over a year and our most recent all ages show we headlined and saw about 10 people, all family or family friends save a few exceptions since my sister brought along a few friends. I'm wondering how to tap into my local music scene, given the fact that the venues in my city won't book us and we have to play in seattle for all of our shows. The three of us aren't exactly popular and in this day and age people idea of fun is nowhere close to going to a rock show. Any advice? If there's any info I'm leaving out let me know.

  • How to spend money?

Here is a list of gear we have-

    3x electric guitars

1x acoustic bass with broken saddle

    1x 4 string electric bass

    1x 6 string electric bass

2x Fender frontman 25r guitar amp (75w) [One used for guitar, one for vocals which are not loud enough]

Fender Rumble 25 bass amp (75w)

    {pyle 100w peak amplifier

    rockfeller 300w peak speaker}

^ also used for vocals, also not loud enough

drum kit with bad clear heads

    some decent mics

some small 10-20w starter guitar amps

    blackstar(15w?) combo

    LOUD distortion pedal

    Needs:

    louder vocals (pa?)

    New guitar/bass strings

recording time (all we have is home recording with little equipment)

    possibly a monitor for drummer

What do we need the most? We have only about $60 at the moment. Playing anywhere from loud punk to soft acoustics.

  • Need help with band?

Hey, so I'm having a little bit of trouble getting my sound in perspective I don't know if we need louder sound to play gigs we use a fender frontman 25r for guitar and a fender rumble 25 for bass, for vocals we have a guitar amp that is also a fender frontman 25r and it is kind of hard to hear I only have about a hundred dollars right now. Do I need drum mics? should I buy some kind of PA for the vocals? Will I need larger amps? Ps. we are a punk trio
