Why am I having trouble keeping my pool clean given the following?
I have a pump big enought to filter the water 1.5 times in 8 hours and I have a chlorinator/brominator. My pump is running 14 hours a day and I still have algae problems. My pool is serviced and in 5 months its already been shocked 4 times. My guy claims that since the self cleaning system isn't working 100% that the chlorine isn't being distributed and since its warm here shocking will be common. I never had a self cleaner in other warm climate pools and I never had to run pumps this long. I think i'm being taken for a new pump, cleaner and chlorinator. Somebody with expertise please help.
6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoHome Recipe for Budwieser. Do you think it would be close?
60-70% extra light malt extract
30-40% rice syrup.
1 oz per 5 gal Hallertau hops for bittering but no aroma hops
Nottingham or kolsch yeast since they both clear well and taste pretty neutral
Whirlfoc to clear it up
A good cold aging after primary to clear a bit more.
Plenty of carbonation
This should yield a clean, clear and hopless fizzy lager. Thoughts?
6 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits1 decade ago1998 Dodge Ram 1500. New oil pump last year. Now pressure gauge drops when I come to a stop.?
Gauge pops up a few seconds later. First pump lasted 150K, this one's 5K old. I can't be failing can it?? Can it just be a bad sensor? Lack of oil?
