I have lower back pain, from my L1 L2 L2 and L4 vertebrae its to be cause, by nerve damage and it putting stress on my upper body n neck. I have used, heating and cold pack but nothing seem to work. I am on Nerve Blockers but don't seem too help. Any suggestions on what I can do, I do see a pain specialist but some day's are are worse than others.
