Do you know anyone who has had surgery done?

I'm 17 & I miss my mom so much she's always in my dreams. My parents got divorced when I was 14 & my dad refuses to let me see my mom. I have to sneak out of my house to go to hers (Which is all the way across the island. I live in Hawaii). He always threatens to cut me off or something. Last time I went he turned off my phone service for weeks. I only live with him for financial support.

Even my step mom feels bad for me, & even offers me rides to my mom's house.

How do I cope with being without my mom? I know I sound clingy & childish but I feel much more accepted & safe with my mom.

There's this cute guy who sits near me in Anatomy. He can talk alright but he's a bit quiet & won't really start the conversation.

What questions should i ask him

I'm attracted to older men. I have no problem dating men of other ages, I just think the guys my age aren't ready for commitment yet.

I'm a Junior in high school & I have 0 knowledge in studying abroad.

How long (or short) can the exchange experience be? What are some important things I should be aware of? Do I need to be fluent in another language? How are the foreign exchange students taught? What are the best places to study abroad?

I scoop my kitten's litter twice a day, change the entire litter about once a week, then wash the tray with Dawn soap. I also sprinkle a bit of Arm & Hammer ontop but it doesn't help too much.

I use Cat Attract clumping litter & was thinking of changing it with something that covers the smell better.

I brush it out with a fine comb but there's always litter deep between his toes & nails.

Should I switch the litter? I use cat attract clumping litter. And no, he does not eat the litter at all.

I adopted a male kitten that had no mother. I've done enough research about what to feed him, how to train him for the litter box, etc. But I hear from many cat owners that if a kitten is taken from its mother too early, the kitten will be aggressive & won't be properly socialized.

How can I make sure my adopted kitten will be properly behaved without his mother? I have no other cats or pets.

I found a white fluffy kitten running around an empty parking lot about a week ago. He's extremely malnourished & he had a few ticks on him. It took me a while to take the ticks out. I heard bathing a kitten is bad so I had to use a comb. Right now I'm feeding him wet food. Should I be feeding him formula?

I don't want to give him to the humane society because I know they will put him down for his weak state.

I applied around March or April & got waitlisted. They haven't responded at all & school is almost about to start. What should I do?

Good colleges like UCLA & UCBerkely. I know Stanford is a long shot.

I scored a 2020 on my SATs, participate long hours at hospitals, work in my dads office (He's a podiatric surgeon), participate in lots of MMA classes, part of an organization to protect the sea life in Hawaii & doing clean ups, & some other stuff.

I'm going to be a junior but unfortunately, I'm taking no APs & only a couple honors like History & English.

Asking the people who party (or partied) . What are your thoughts & experiences? What are the pros & cons? Your words of wisdom?

My GPAs were horrid. I was unmotivated & I have no excuse for my laziness. I'm going to be a Junior & I promised myself I'd get out of my house & start tutoring so that I can get better test scores on the ACT/SAT. I'm also signing up for more clubs, sports, & plan on volunteering at the hospital my dad works at.

Is it possible that I could get into a very good college or will my past GPA ruin my chances?

I plan on going to UH Manoa then possibly transferring.

I used to have a peptic ulcer but the doctors said it was gone already. They told me I was gastric & lactose.

I'm 17 years old. I'm in a 1 year relationship with someone who's 23. We talk about marriage, children, education, etc. We have serious plans but deep down I know I'm only with him because I'm lonely. I know this because I could very easily break up with him & not feel a thing, only a deeper sense of lonliness.

I have a good, secure family & lots of friends & people to talk to. But for some reason its not enough for me. Maybe I just want something to love? I can only recall one person who I truly had feelings for, & my feelings lasted 4 years until it disappeared (He broke my heart).

Should I see a therapist? No matter what I do I go back to dating guys I have no spark in.

I paid $350 via Venmo using my Visa credit card. I was trying to put a deposit on a pet & it turns out the breeder is a fraud. They gave false information about their cattery & even stole copyright images & material from other breeders.

Am I able to get my money back? How do I go through the process of making a dispute? Is there any chance they will help?
