  • Why do people give God a religion?

    I'm tired of reading posts where people talk about the "Christian God" or the "Muslims God" or any other religion's God. When will people learn that their religion is not an attribute of God?

    It doesn't matter whether you're Christian or Muslim or Jewish or Buddhist or Hindu, whatever being or force you believe created your religion, and the rest of the universe, it cannot be a member of your religion. If you build a table you do not belong to the table. You do not become bound by your table. You do not become more like a table. The same goes for God and religion.

    Why do people think like this? When will they learn?
