I am trying to illuminate 1 interior wall of a church for 1 hour but do not have an active power supply. The church has stated that candles are not permitted (health and safety!!!!) and I can not run a cable across the church (extension lead etc) so my only option would be to use a car battery. I would hope to use 4-6 12v 10-20w dichroic spots to wash light up the wall. Is it possible ro run this type of circuit form a car battery?

I left a job 4 weeks ago after 12 months in the position and have been awaiting holiday pay which was due to me. My employer has informed me that this can not be determined until my p45 has been sent to him. As of yet he claims he has not received this! As I have no documentation proving that I have been paying tax (never had payslip or p60) I am becoming suspicious that there has been no tax paid throughout the duration of my employment! Will my employer have some sort of documentation to say I have been paying tax? I think he may be putting me off as he emigrates soon. I hope to speak to him tomorrow and ask him to prove that I have been "on the books". In the whole 12 months I have worked there I have never received any paid holidays and have been told he owes me 21 days wages!!!!!!! Please help guys

we got married on 31st of May 08 and have had nothing but problems with this guy. his work is great but client relations is terrible. He has gave us lie after lie (I have proof in the form of e-mails) and has not delivered on any of the promises we keep getting. I only have a verbal contract with him although witnesses were present and he has been paid in full! I know a verbal contract stands up in Scottish law but would like to know if/ and what law he is breaking before contacting trading standards....please help

how to delete my old disk structure? I have had to reset my pc to factory settings 4 times in the past 18 months and have backup files which take up a lot of memory. How can i completely clear them?
