So last week I was called for an interview and HR actually said "Well I'm offering you a position here." (Normally that means you get the job I'm sure... Anyways, she gave me a list of items to bring on my orientation day and then said that I might get an email about orientation but to disregard it till I get a call; that was a week ago. I'm not entirely sure what to do now. I don't want to call and sound like I'm pushing them but this is all very strange. (It might just feel longer for me because they aren't doing a drug test) but still I'm starting to panic and think I didn't actually get the job...Should I call? Should I just wait and see what happens? I don't know.

There's this really cute guy at a local grocery store near me and I really want to talk to him. He makes an effort to try and get me to go to his checking line so we can talk, but all we ever talk about is basic 'hi's' and 'did you find everything okay?' I try to talk more but I'm always too shy to ever say anything. Any tips on how to get him to talk or give me his number? Oh yeah, a friend of mine found him on facebook and is insisting I just add him there. I mainly don't want to do that because I don't want him to think I'm a creeper :( halp.

Okay so my boyfriend and I just broke up a couple weeks ago. The relationship wasn't one of the bests but I still did care for him, and I really want to talk to him, but everyone I talk to says he should message me first. (He didn't really take initiative to come see me or anything while we dated, I usually had to be the one to go see him.) Anyways, I want to talk to him, but then again I want him to actually want me than for me to try and make him want me. :( I really care for him but I'm not sure if he even sees that, or wants to. I don't know what to do. Help!

I don't know what to wear for my photoshoot! I'm plus sized but everyone gets mad at me when I say i'm over weight (everything I wear is in the "x" area xl 1xl+, I weigh about 195 lbs) I'm not much for fashion, I just dress for comfort and as long as it's black i'm good. All I have is a high low dress, but not sure what kind of top to wear, and a black mini dress (I wear it all the time though), it's up to my neck and planned to wear a cardigan if I do wear that. (I'm borrowing a pair of heels from a friend-black stilettos) Please help!

Okay, so I have this guy friend named Francis and he is my best guy friend. The guy I liked moved away, and I've been spending LOADS of time with francis now, especially since he and his girlfriend broke up. He admitted a while back that he had a crush on me, and proceeded to ask me twice to kiss him. I waited till the second time so that he was single, and didn't cross any boundaries. For the past week now, all I can think about is that kiss. I see him when I go to school and all I think about is spending time with him. But I figure it's just us being friends because we talk about everything. Guys/Girls we like, funny sex jokes, and EVERYTHING. I don't know what to do because since he and his girlfriend broke up, he has been flirting with me (indirectly... could just be my head though), and some other girl that lives far away. I don't want to ruin our friendship by perusing for something that probably not even there... Please help.
