Long story, but there is a girl that works in a different department as me. Her desk is close to the door of her section so I kind of glance in every time I'm walking by there.

I figured out her name from the name badge we have on all of our desks. What do I do.

1. I'm in my 30s, I think she is in her mid 20s.

2. We do have kind of a google chat at work, so I could do that, but not sure what to say.

So I have a white wall. I want to block out some paint to do some nature pattern, (flowers, grass) that I tap to the wall. I paint the wall. I take off these items which will leave the white showing through.

I'm getting old. Late 30s. I'm actually tried for being single. I have tried dating sites but nothing seems to work. I don't think I show good in pictures (I have a baby face).

Not sure what else to really try.

I have a water softener, but it seems like each year I have a lot of calcium or whatever it is build up in my water heater. (white stuff). I'm trying to flush it all out, but it there seems to be a lot of it? How do I stop this building up in my water tank? Is my water softener causing this problem?

Single guy living in a house. So I don't use much water. I have a water softener.

A couple of years ago I realize there was a lot of buildup of Calcium or something in my hot water heater. I try to clean it every year. I always thought the calcium was coming from my water heater. It finally hit me yesterday even just getting water from my fridge water dispenser there is kind of a white build up of white stuff, I assume its calcium. Does this mean my water softener isn't set correctly for the hardness? Do I need to "regenerate" more often? I think I actually set it do it every 14 days (the highest it goes).

I have these three trees that are pretty close together (they might actually all be part of the one tree). About 15 feet away from the trees the root is close to the surface and and starts to grow its own limbs and leaves and all that stuff.

What do I do to stop this extra tree. do I just cut the root off. Do I wrap the root in something and put more dirt on top?

If its free it would be better, but I don't mind buying one.

I just build a new computer. I have 1 SSD 250 gb. And 1 tb hard drive.

I put in extra partitions on the 1tb hard drive one being a 64gb one for Windows 10.

I installed windows 7 on the SSD a couple of weeks ago. All is fine. Runs good.

Finally decided to put windows 10 back on. I'm using some old download IOS disc I had from maybe Dec? A couple months ago.

Boot from the Blu-ray drive. I tell it to install on the 60gb partition.

It installed just fine as far as I can tell. The problem is I couldn't get back to Windows 7. I would select the SSD driver from the boot options but that would boot into W10.

I started to get scared. I then select the 1tb drive and it booted into Windows 7. If I'm in Windows 10 I can see the SSD/Windows 7 drive just fine.

I'm not sure what is going on here. I go into that Startup settings in Windows 10 and Windows 7 to tell it to use Windows 7 as my main OS. But Neither W10 or W7 can see the other windows?

Not sure why. Any idea? What should I do?
