Can anyone provide me with the various ebay fees. Some pros and cons; some tips on how the get the most while paying the least. eg. various treshholds etc.

She is very outdoorsy with a lot of energy. She is also awesome at arts and crafts. She had made and sold many jewellry.

She is somewhat of a scatterbrain. Is quite focused on the things she wants to do, but have a hard time keeping her own room tidy. She's smart, funny and clever, but can be sloppy and careless at times.

What's best for her? I really want her to be more organized.

How do I do 'if', 'then' formulae in excel? For example, when I type in a number in a column, on the next column, I'll put 'W' for withdrawal and 'D' for deposit. Based on if it's a W or D, it should be added or subtracted from my balance.

Another one is calculating commission. Various products have different commission %. In the product column, I want to add either A, B, C, etc. Depending on the product letter, I want the amount to be to be multiplied by various %, eg, if my amount column has a number, and my product is A, then that number should be times 20%, if B, then times 10%, C, then times 15% etc.

My husband told me today that his dreams cannot be realized with me. After 18yrs of marriage, suddenly, he's revealing this to me. We are of different religions. He said that if I was a good wife, I'd make it my business to learn his religious. I know nothing about his religious. I have no intention of changing mine. I told him from day one. He said he's fine with this. Now, he suddenly wants our 16yr old to change. After going to church all his life.

He said that it is time to look for a woman from his religion and have some kids he 'can be proud of because they would be his religious'. I get compliments all the time about how wonderful and well behaved our children are. They are all great kids. Many times he tells them that he's proud of them.
